Location is the main asset of this property and indeed very beautifull. Normally it should be very quite, but for the moment theres a construction site at the other side of the road. The level of noise disturbance to us was still Ok, good tolerable
House is ok and has some coziness, but it is very basic. Eg cutlery looks quite old/used. Matras and pillows are not of great quality.
Keep also in mind, that bedroom and living room is in the same space, for us not a real problem but can imagine, with kids it becomes another story

El interior y la ubicación.
La barbacoa no se puede utilizar por mal mantenimientos, las instalaciones exteriores muy descuidadas, el mobiliario exteriormente cuidado. Faltan algunos utensilios de cocina.
