El lugar donde está ubicado está muy cerca de la playa. Y la Playa de Santiago es tranquila de gente. Se puede descargar bien. LoLa zona de azotea debería sacarle más partido poniendo zona tipo chilaut. No hay espacio en el ático para charlar y la azotea sería un buen sitio. Las dos sillas y mesa pequeña, no cubre mucho.
Solo nos dejaron un rollo papel higiénico y una bolsa de basura, ya puesta. Éramos dos personas para 3 noches y 4 dias. Respecto de la limpieza, tienen que esmerarse más, dejaron algún vaso sucio y cafetera sin limpiar. El plato ducha necesita más limpieza. Solo puedes sentarte en silla de cocina y cama y esto fue algo incómodo.
