Very spacious, and we really enjoyed the privacy of the property. Between the big yard area and large deck, it was a really comfortable housing option with our reactive dog.

Renting this property was very easy and the owner replied to me promptly and was friendly. It was quiet, and I loved the choices of the indoor pool/hot tub and tennis court that were nicely maintained. We enjoyed making our own meals so having pots and pans was appreciated. We loved being able to sit out on the deck in the early morning and evenings.

No hot water for 2 days. Was told to expect a partial refund but none has been refunded
View of harbor as depicted was not so. Well appointed kitchen. Close to New Harbor and Pemequid Point. Washer and dryer in a different building with restricted usage times. When used washer failed and we took wet laundry to Laundry in Damariscotta to finish.
