About this house rental
This clean, cheery, seaside cape has been well cared for and is the perfect location for your beach vacation. Outside, enjoy the hammock for a nap, have a barbecue, or shower off in the outdoor shower. This home is set in a community of beautiful beach cottages and homes that share a lovely sand beach, ideal for families. It is also short walking distance to Pemaquid State Park Beach complete with concessions, and changing facilities. Also walking distance is historic Fort William Henry, located amidst a working fishing harbor offering outstanding views. A short drive in any direction will place you in the many area scenic restaurants, terrific shops, and art galleries.

Perfect location, perfect house, great week!

My family, including my kids and parents, had a wonderful time during our vacation. The house was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the outdoor shower, picnic tables, and hammock.
We ran out of propane on our first night and the property manager responded quickly to my text and replaced it the next day.
It was an easy walk to both "Little Beach" where we enjoyed collecting beach glass and swimming; and the State Beach where we built sand castles, swam, and got lunch at Mimi's. The fort was also an easy walk, the lighthouse was a short drive and there was a great little grocery store just minutes away.
Our time here was so relaxing and we hope to return again next year!

This was our second stay at this location. There is a small beach within walking distance of house which was fun for grandchildren. The manager and owner were very responsive to an issue. Hope to go back next year.

The house was lovely, just the kind of house I had in mind. I like colonial architecture and the additions from the original enhance the property. The location is perfect. Close to the local market, beach and activities. The neighborhood is like home not a "vacation" setting, which I so appreciated. The house is light and airy with wonderful skylights. You can hear the waves hitting the shore in the evening. I could amuse myself just watching the activity of the New Harbor lobster fisherman. And I love lobster!
