We had a beautiful suite with a sea view that left us wanting nothing. I really appreciated the his-and-her closets, the large shower with ample shelf space, the numerous control panels for automation of lights and curtains, and the wonderful interior design. The interior design of this hotel is a masterclass in balancing variety and coordination. The rooftop bar is delightful, and the service everywhere in the hotel was impeccable.
We ordered room service once, and the food was unbelievably salty--almost inedible. Before we could say anything, the desk called up to ask for feedback, so we mentioned the salty food. They offered to send new food, but we declined. In the end, they removed those charges from our bill. Class act.
