Grand Caribbean East #202 is a spacious second floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Destin’s desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood!
The subtle coastal decor makes this condo light and relaxing. It's the perfect location for your next Girls Trip, Mother-Daughter Getaway, Couples Retreat, or Family Vacation. Enjoy water views from our wide balcony — it’s the perfect spot for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks! The sugar-white beaches and beautiful emerald-green waters of the Gulf are easily accessed by a dedicated walkway located directly across the street.
This 1080 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 —The master suite features a King bed, plenty of drawer and closet space, a dressing table/desk with large mirror and chair, TV, ceiling fan. The master bathroom features a sliding door to maximize space, a walk-in shower, floor to ceiling tile, lots of light, hair dryer. The guest suite features a Queen bed, plus a Daybed w/Trundle, large dresser with mirror, cube storage, TV, DVD player, ceiling fan – plus en suite access to the guest bathroom which features a tub with floor to ceiling tile surround. Twin Bunks are located in the hall! A new washer and dryer unit is conveniently located next to the bunks. In the Living/Dining area, you’ll find a smart TV, ceiling fan, console cabinet filled with games, books and puzzles. Two sets of French doors lead to the balcony. The kitchen is very well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, ice maker, plenty of dishes, utensils, small appliances, and a spacious pantry.
Amenities include a heated Pool (seasonally), Hot Tub and two Community-Grilling areas with picnic tables surrounded by well-kept grounds and private parking directly behind the building. Complimentary internet is provided as well. The property has 3 sets of wide stairs spaced out for easy access. Crystal Beach is a family friendly community with bike/walking paths that stretch the entire length of Scenic 98. Along with enjoying Destin’s top-rated fishing and beaches, be sure to check out our locally owned restaurants and shopping.

Amazing view, clean condo (ceiling fans could be dusted), kitchen had everything we needed, short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay!

Unit was clean; kitchen was well equipped. It was across from the beach which was nice. However, the unit could use a lot of updates. Living room furniture was dirty and not very comfortable.; you can say very “broken in”. The bedrooms did have new furniture, which was nice, but not new mattresses. They were extremely uncomfortable. The bunk beds in the hall are practically useless. It was like sleeping on cardboard. It’s nice to have a washer/ dryer in the unit but they either need repaired or replaced. The washer would rumble and shake; very loud. It would take 2-3 cycles for the dryer to dry a load of towels. Our major complaint though, which is no fault of the owners, was the stomping, jumping, running and loud upstairs occupants; very inconsiderate. I guess the units are not very sound proof.
The pictures online are a little deceiving. In one bedroom , the bed had no comforter, just a fitted sheet, and 2 flat sheets. The bunk beds were not made and the bedding was in a pile at the end of bed.
We didn’t have access to the pool for a few day; wrong code was given with check in instructions. Finally another tenant kindly gave us the code.
We’ve been coming to Destin for over 30 years, we stay in different places - from houses to condos on the beach and across from the beach. This was our first stay at Grand Caribbean and unfortunately our last.
