The house is situated in North Morro Bay in a quiet neighborhood. There are great ocean views and the close proximity to the beach is wonderful! You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes or drive to nearby beaches. The bay is a fun place to kayak or take a dinner cruise. You can hike one of the many trails in the area, explore the different beaches nearby, golf, or fly a kite. There's so much to do! A basket full of brochures and local magazines is provided for you to enjoy our beautiful area to the fullest! We have parking space in the driveway for two vehicles.

It’s a great location for what the family needs. Located close to the beach, downtown morro bay, highway, and the frontage road that leads to great things. We were able to check in an hour early which is always great with 2 kids after a 2.75 hour drive. Sadly, a new couch was purchased that was no longer a pull out couch that fits the rest of our family and we were not notified of the change. We had to get a blow up mattress to accommodate the loss in sleeping space. The homemade banana bread is always a nice touch. Also, having condiments and necessary tools of the kitchen on site is great too. The space needed a thorough cleaning so I’m not sure what the exorbitant cleaning fee covers, but dusting isn’t one of them. The use of the laundry room is great as well. We will have to move on from here, most likely, due to the loss of sleeping space.

I'll start with my only negative point and that is the title states house and so when I first chose it I thought we were renting the whole 2 story house but in reality it was only the 2nd floor of a duplex. In our case it didn't really matter because we only had 3 but to me the title is a little deceiving. But I still give it 5 stars because it is very clean and had so many nice touches that most owners do not provide that really make a difference in your stay like fresh banana bread on the counter, 1/2 gallon of milk in the refrigerator just to name a couple. Easy check-in and in fact I don't know for sure if anyone was downstairs because we never heard anyone nor did we need anyone, it was that easy and pleasant. We would definitely and probably will stay there again. Thank you very much!

Everything was as described in the description of the property. Unit was clean, has all the kitchen stuff we needed, and a responsive manager. The view from the balcony of Morro Rock was really nice to have each morning and evening when we had breakfast and dinner.

The rental, overall, was clean. The check in process was easy and the rental had a well stocked kitchen. Some of the items were starting to show wear and could be replaced sometime in the future. The wall heater is in the living room only. My friends who slept in the bedrooms were cold and a plus might be to provide space heaters in the bedrooms. Overall the stay was comfortable; except when we received texts from the owners downstairs that we were making too much noise. So my friends are watching the 49er playoff game and 49ers score a touchdown. My friends cheer. This was too much for the owners and a text is received on my phone. I apologize for their one outburst but it’s greeted by another text about neighbors will call the police. For the rest of the game, not a peep came out of our mouths. For the rest of the stay, we were so paranoid we didn’t speak above a whisper and tiptoed around the rental. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

The apartment is set up for four people. The sofa was very uncomfortable to try and sleep on. Nice place if you’re going there alone. I stayed there with my adult children and we were made to feel like we were at a child’s sleepover and asked to be quiet. The apartment has laminate flooring and not carpeted, so I guess we were walking too loudly and I received a text from the host asking me if I was aware that she was downstairs. I was shocked! I asked if we were being too loud? She then said, I don’t know what you’re doing on the floor, but it’s awfully loud down here. We then made sure we were tiptoeing around for the rest of the night. It really put a damper on our trip and wouldn’t stay there again. 😞

The property was well maintained and clean. The amenities we used were great and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. However, the furniture in the apartment was not very comfortable, at all. All of us fought over who didn't have to sit on the couch, each night. It was tough to get a good night's sleep in the master bed, as well. I strongly suggest new furniture.

Clean, cozy, lots of thoughtful touches. Good wifi, a lovely balcony, comfy beds. It was an added bonus to have TWO bathrooms. The only downside was that it's an upstairs apartment and I was aware that the downstairs neighbors could probably hear us walking around (not that they complained or there was any actual issue,). This would be a perfect place for two couples, or a family with older kids. We absolutely would go back.

The condo is renovated and homey! The amenities exceeded my high expectations with many clean towels, a pack n play, blankets, beach towels, pantry items, cookware, and homemade zucchini bread. My only complaint about this property is the demographics. We are a loud family with three kids under 6. Our toddler and baby ran in the condo and it was a struggle to teach them not to be so heavy footed. Unfortunately for me and the tenant below, my children wake with the sun at 6am, and I felt terrible for potentially waking the neighbors. The demographics of this condo are beautiful with a perfect view of Morro Rock, however the condo rests on a hillside that catches all the noise in a little alcove. Our baby was wailing as he hates showers, my 5 year old was not listening which required me to yell and raise my voice, and with the windows open to smell the fresh air and cool the condo down, I felt like I was disrupting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. As a result, I was unable to relax for my five days while we were in the condo. Additionally, we could not get the TV remote to work, so while trying to pack up a bag for the day and make lunches, my kids were running around on the deck and disrupting the neighbors. I would stay here again, but not with my family of little kids! It is a wonderful place to enjoy quiet and unwind from the hustle and bustle of life, but if you are a loud family, you may not be able to rest easy knowing the neighborhood can hear everything. I'd visit again on an adults only trip!

This place was clean, adorable, and comfortable. We had a wonderful time! It was perfect for us and our kids. We loved the pillows so much we are replacing ours! The beds and linens were very comfortable. The only thing that we couldn't see was the washer and dryer. It is on the listing but not readily accessible in the unit, could have been in the garage. We didn't ask because we were there for three nights, so we were alright without it. We would definitely stay there again!
