We had a great stay at this beach house! The location is ideal-close to other beautiful coastal areas, making day trips easy and enjoyable. It was perfect for traveling with our dog (however, the stairs are slick, so just use caution when your dog goes up or down the stairs). The sleeping arrangements worked out well for us-one bedroom had a queen mattress, the other room had a king mattress (the queen mattress was firmer than the king). Communication with the property management team was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

It was in a cute quiet neighborhood, super easy stay. The washer & dryer worked well. The only thing was the beds, it says it has 2 twins, a queen, and a futon but it actually has a full, a king, and a futon. It worked out fine for us but was a surprise to the kids that now had to share a bed

Have stayed at this property a few times for family get aways. Great quiet neighborhood with friendly local neighbors. Pet friendly set up great! Responsive owners; we had a problem with coffee maker & they had a new one to us in a couple hours. Thanks much for another great stay!

Took our two large dogs for a getaway and this house work perfectly. Great neighborhood and location. Bed was super comfortable as well! Our dogs enjoyed their own private backyard and people watching out the windows. Will stay again soon!

O.K I will start off with the "personal" findings we did not like. #1The toilets are very low. for a person with knee pain it was painful. #2 same knee pain issue, I did not read that both bedrooms where upstairs. #3 kids bedrooms & sofa, when kids layed on beds & we sat. We got covered in pet hair! & other hair. An upsetting find, because it was a sign of linens not being washed or tended too! #4 the beds of course theres no place like home but kids complained next morning of the body aches & my wife and i would agree. Not the best beds.#5 Backyard area, my family has a fear of spiders, and chairs where covered in spider webs another sign of the place NOT being cleaned for guest!#6 water pressure in the bottom shower was not all that great.#7smelled allot like dog. The AWESOME #1.the location is right off the 1hwy,& from our bedroom you could smell the beautiful ocean from our bedroom window.#2 kitchen was roomy and big everything ready and available! #3.the places decor is a cute beach setting loved the size of the bathrooms the bottom one has a huge shower. Loved that it had a hand held shower, and that it is designed for taller people like us. it has a washer dryer,in the garage. Place has a design i had never seen before. A split restroom, 1/2 with potty, & the other just a shower! place was stocked with plenty of towels, And other linens in kids room but we didn't trust them nor towels due to all the dog hairs.Loved the neighborhood! & parking

Perfect property if one of you has to spend some time working, and the other wants to spend all the time relaxing. Having a good sized working table in the upstairs bedroom was a bonus for my husband who had several meetings while we were there. I had plenty of space to muck about the rest of the house with my dog without disturbing him. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, so we left the windows open while we were home to bring in the coastal breeze. It was amazing how silent it was at night, and we slept deeply. We made three meals in the spacious kitchen, and I easily found all the cookware I needed in the cupboards. Having two toilets is a huge bonus, even with only two of us. I have a husband, so this may be self-evident to some of you. I am just grateful that we could let one air out for a bit, while I used the other one in the interim. The upstairs bathroom(s) is split with a toilet and sink in one room, and a separate shower/tub with its own sink in the other. If we had four of us, there would be no problem getting ready to go anywhere in a reasonable amount of time. I enjoyed walking my dog and meeting the neighbors in this congenial neighborhood. Everyone was very nice and complimentary. The houses around there are quirky and fun to see how they are artistically landscaped and decorated. It is very close to Del Mar Park, which is excellent for all manner of activities, including an magnificent grassy dog park, split in the middle for large and small dogs.

We had an enjoyable experience, Ian was very responsive and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The two full restroom and showers truly helped out after beach play and baseball games. Kitchen accommodated us and the back yard would have been complete if there was a bbq pit to use.

Nice little place, plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very dog-friendly, which was great. It wasn't luxury, but was very comfortable, reasonably priced, and had everything we needed. The sea air is super, and we could hear a little surf sound late at night after highway 1 calmed down. The highway is close but NOT a problem; I don't like road noise, and was not bothered. There are some lovely beach-themed decor items. We couldn't figure out how to use the TV (I am tech-unsavvy), but didn't really need it so that's ok.

We liked the location (minutes from both Morro Bay waterfront and Cayucos) and set up of this property. It was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed to be comfortable except the mattresses. All 5 adults woke up achy and sore with a poor nights sleep. They were so uncomfortable we won't be able to stay here again. Otherwise this would have been our go-to annual destination.

It's a great location and good looking house with a pretty decent yard. It'll be better is they paid more attention to details. The restrooms don't have locks, the bed sheets are disgusting (with human and dog hairs, and extremely impregnated yellow stains) and there are 3 beds in one room and only one on the second room. Again, it would be the perfect place if they paid attention to details. I contacted the host and sent pictures of all of these issues before posting a review to give them a chance to make it right, but I got no response. Poor communication.

Large comfortable house, 2min to the grocery store and 10min easy drive to either direction to Cayucos and Morro Rock. Can see the ocean from the second floor - which is beautiful to wake up to - and is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Morro Strand beach. Only criticism would be that the home could use a deep clean (it was very dirty under the beds and couches) but the bathrooms, beds, sheets, kitchen, etc. were all clean and tidy. Overall great rental home for the price during the time we stayed. Property manager was communicative and quick to answer. I would recommend this space and would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable living room and bedrooms with great views of the ocean. The kitchen is large enough for 4 adults to all be prepping and cooking. The backyard patio has a table and chairs. I appreciate there was no carpet due to our allergies and it was very clean inside. We had a fantastic family vacation with our grandkids!

The location is great 👍. Close to many activities, 101 hwy, Morro Rock views, hiking areas and more. The house is well kept with backyard for pets. Suggest the living room rug be replaced or through out due to pet use. There was a urine odor that I had to treat. Our visit was lovely 😍.

We made the very small BBQ work, but an upgrade would be nice as would a set of cheap steak knives. The remote for the light in the bedroom with the two beds should be repaired or taken off whatever program it’s set to that only allows you to use the light between certain hours.. The view of the ocean and Morro Rock from the western bedroom is amazing.
