This home sits on the west side of Highway 1, just around the corner from an outdoor heated pool, saunas, and two tennis courts at the Del Mar Recreation Center. Take a breathtaking walk on the oceanfront Bluff Trail two blocks south, tee off at the Sea Ranch Golf Links one mile north, and pick up groceries and peruse the eclectic art galleries in downtown Gualala three miles north.
Where the exterior was designed to resemble a country barn, the interior is full of warm natural woods, stainless steel appliances, and large windows that frame the ocean and meadows. Ease into the day with a soak in the jetted tub, bring your coffee outside to one of the furnished decks, and take sunset strolls to Walk On Beach before preparing dinner in the elegant open kitchen.
