About this apartment rental
Abbey Villa condo with new kitchen, baths and all new appliances. This condo is in a quiet location of the complex overlooking open space and the pool. It is a short easy walk to beach, lake, bars and restaurants and water sport rentals. This condo has two bedrooms/two brand new baths with a king bed and two twins. There is also a new (2022) queen size sleeper sofa. There is large screen HD TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave with full-size washer & dryer. Fully furnished with full set of cooking utensils. Unit has all new paint, flooring, bathrooms and interior doors. Patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. This unit is privately owned and NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE ABBEY RESORT. Guests do not get Abbey Resort privileges (indoor and outdoor pools), however anyone can use the hotel restaurants/bars/shops. Guests are provided with 6 Fontana beach passes for free beach access during your stay. The villas also have their own private outdoor pools. Please bring your own beach towels as they are not provided. Dogs or pets of any kind are NOT allowed per HOA rules.

When we booked this last summer we saw that there was a
grill located on the balcony. This was important to our family because due to food allergies we are limited to dining in restaurants.
Upon arrival we noticed there was a propane tank left behind along with a fire extinguisher on the deck.
We were told that renters on the 2nd floor were not allowed to have a grill. Looking at all the properties in that circle of villas we noticed many of the units had a grill available. Very disappointed and would not recommend this rental.
Also on the day of departure the cleaning person walked into the condo at 9am and the check out time was 10am.
She did come back an hour later.
