Surrounded on beautiful grounds next to the Abbey Resort and spa this condo is ideal for family, couples, or a group of friends. Within walking distance there many activities to choose from such as swimming, boating, and hiking. A short distance away there is shopping, golfing, and antiquing.
This stylish second floor walk up with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom has all the comforts of home. A sunny open floor plan has a living room, dinning room, and kitchen. The updated kitchen with counter seating for four has everything you need including microwave and coffee maker. The living room has a large flat screen television. The dinning room table seats 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed and master bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed and queen size air mattress in the closet. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in unit.
The spacious deck overlooks well manicured grounds and pool. Outdoor dinning is enjoyed with a table seating for 6 and gas grill.
There is an adult pool and child pool. There are comfortable chairs and table in the pool area. You will find pool towels in the unit. The beach is a short walk passes in unit. Boat and jet ski rental is right around the corner.
Delicious dinning varieties are steps away some options include The Abbey, Chuck's and Gordy's. Nightlife is also found in those same venues.

Perfec tlocation for walk to marina and restaurants. Pretty property, nice pool, and nice balcony for lounging. Our host Lou was very interested in making sure our stay was good and easy. Very nice.

There was an issue when we arrived where the condo had not been cleaned after the previous tenant. I called the landlord who responded immediately. The cleaning person was at the condo within minutes. The landlord was very apologetic and my ratings reflect that. He called multiple times to ensure that the issue had been resolved.
The location was perfect for our need for the weekend and the rest of the stay was great.
