Abbey Springs Resort on Geneva Lake - Updated Townhouse - Dog Friendly!

Whether it's a relaxing or fun filled getaway, our beautifully updated townhouse in the sought-after Abbey Springs Community has it all! Abbey Springs is a luxury 5 Star gated resort community in Fontana on the south side of Geneva Lake. In Abbey Springs you will have access to a private beach, top-rated golf course, clubhouse with outdoor & indoor pools, tennis courts, rec center, restaurants & much more.

Enjoy staying at a secluded corner unit with wonderful views of the golf course from an upper deck & walk out lower patio. In the warmer months, you will have access to one golf cart for fun & easy access throughout the community. We make check in & out easy with keyless access. If nobody is booked the same day, we are happy to accommodate early check in and/or late departure. Our family visits the townhouse frequently & has put many special touches to the place. With that in mind we hope you find it as comfortable, welcoming & kid friendly as we do.

The bright & open first floor plan gives way to a living, kitchen & dining area that is fully stocked with everything one might need. The dining room will comfortably seat 6 people in additional to a highchair & booster seat if needed. The living room sofa is equipped with a queen pull out sofa for extra guests. You'll be able to enjoy a new weber grill & outdoor patio furniture right off the kitchen on the deck. You might get lucky in the mornings or evenings & get greeted by deer or other wildlife. The 1st floor bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed & black out shades. You'll also find a pack n play in the bedroom closet.

The lower level has its own separate cozy family living area with a walk out patio. On the patio you can enjoy sitting around the fire place at night taking in the beautiful scenery. Also located downstairs is the second bedroom with two queen beds & a closet full of games & kid's toys. We have also supplied beach towels, coolers, pool/beach toys, & 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs to take with for a day at the clubhouse pool or lake.

You will be able to take advantage of the dining at the clubhouse, yacht club or pack your cooler for a picnic at the lakefront picnic tables. Grab lunch at the clubhouse while overlooking the putting green, range & outdoor pool. In the evening, enjoy finer dining at The Yacht Club with a breathtaking sunset lake view. Reservations are highly recommended. We are happy to do that for you or you can call the number on the Abbey Springs website. In the summer you can also enjoy sitting outside The Yacht Club by the fire pits & enjoy the live entertainment on most weekends. The restaurants are for members & guests only.

*Yacht Club & Beach will be under renovation April 2026 through Spring 2027.

The townhouse is located 5 minutes from downtown Fontana & 15 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. Downtown Fontana gives access to the public beach, renting a boat/pontoon & local favorite restaurants (Chuck's Lakeshore Inn/Gordy's Boat House) & coffee shop (Coffee Mill). Downtown Lake Geneva has a wonderful selection of shopping & restaurants too.

The Lake Geneva area offers year round fun. Fall is a wonderful time to see all the gorgeous foliage & stunning views around the lake. Apple picking & Halloween events are also a fall must. In the winter months, you are a short drive away from Mountain Top at Grand Geneva, Alpine Valley Ski Resort & Wimont for those wanting to ski. On the lake you can also enjoy ice fishing, cross-country skiing & ice skating. If we have had enough snow, there is even sledding nearby. And don't forget the annual Ice Castles!

You will have access to two parking spaces with more parking available at the clubhouse. Abbey Springs does charge a daily amenity fee for all days of the stay including arrival & departure. You will need to provide all staying guest information prior to arrival to ensure the appropriate guest amenity passes are available. The townhouse is family managed & fully licensed STR23-00033.
