The Hayloft holiday accommodation nestles below the craggy, wooded slopes of Craigmore and the famous River Forth. It is a short walk to the lovely village of Aberfoyle, located in Central Scotland at the heart of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. To see the best of the unspoiled, natural beauty of the Trossachs, you should park the car, get out and walk, cycle or canoe. There are miles of walking and cycling routes through the forest right on the doorstep and many golf courses nearby. The Scottish Wool Centre, Go Ape and the David Marshall Visitor Centre are all within walking distance from the Hayloft. Learn about the history of the area and discover "Rob Roy" country. The bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, and the cities of Stirling, Perth, Glasgow and Edinburgh are less than 90 minutes drive. Relax! Enjoy the peace and tranquillity at any time of year, spring, summer, autumn or winter. Each season has its own unique appeal.

We stayed at the Hayloft for a week during February half term. Dorothy and Neil were both very friendly and I'm sure that had we needed anything they would have been happy to help. As it was, the Hayloft was so comfortable and well-equipped we wanted for nothing. The garden adjoining the Hayloft is beautiful and tranquil. The area around the Hayloft is perfect for local walks and seeing the sights of the Trossachs. Aberfoyle with shops and pubs is a 15 min walk or a couple of minutes drive.A lovley relaxing stay in one of the better properties that we have rented over the years. many thanks!
