Fisherman's house completely renovated, town center.
On the ground floor, large living room, small bedroom with double bed, shower room with WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed (one with TV and the other with a 90 cm bed), bathroom (walk-in shower) with WC.
Large terrace not overlooked, garden furniture for 6 people, bicycle shelter, gas barbecue.
All shops on foot.
Nearby: Madame Island, Rochefort, Aix Island, Oléron Island, Fort Boyard, Fouras, Royan ...
Animals are not allowed.
Reservations for the week are from Saturday to Saturday.
For the period from the beginning of November to the end of April, electricity will be invoiced additionally according to consumption.

Séjour d'une semaine au calme à
Port des barques. Petit village tranquille à l'embouchure de la Charente. Tous commerces à proximité. Charmants petits restaurants. Bien placé pour visiter l'ile d'oléron, l'ile d'Aix, Rochefort et Brouage.

La maison est très bien située, en plein centre et proche des commodités. Bel espace et la terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Seul petit hic, Joëlle n’est pas facilement joignable, autrement que par la messagerie abritel.
