PARKING CAR IN THE PRIVATE COURT CLOSE
'Charmantemaritime', our Charente stone house, furnished with tourism 3 ***, neat, composed of 3 bedrooms, (+ a cot), all year round, for a gourmet getaway, or a relaxing stay. It is located at the foot of the bridge of Oléron island.
An insert for cozy off season (wood provided), a courtyard, shaded for sunny days.
2 courses closed: one in front of the house for parking a car, the other behind the house with barbecue, garden furniture, 2 bath seats, 2 chairs, a tree and a solar cover for shade, a closed to store your surfboards, bikes, pétanque, necessary fishing ...
2 bathroom, 2 toilets, separate kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle .....
3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 3 beds and one with 90); bedding is careful with changing protectors mateles between each rental. Possibility to rent sheets, bath towels, tea towels.
Ability to graciously provide a cot, high chair and changing table.

Very nice journey in Bourcefranc.
The house is nice and clean, and close to a wonderfull backery. We had a very good time with our baby and our 3 children. We will come back again to enjoy the area!

Tout confort maison très bien équipée où tout y est jusqu’au couteau à huître!. Accueil agréable, hôtesse très gentille. Tout à contribué à ce que nous passions une séjour formidable. Attachés à Bourcefranc nous reviendrons très prochainement

Maison agréable le seul inconvénient c’est que la rue et très fréquentée par les camions jusqu’à 2h du matin et ça reprend à 6h du matin. Il faut avoir les fenêtres fermées la nuit pas évident quand il fait très chaud !!!
