L’emplacement est bien avec parking privé
La saleté au sols avec des poils et cheveux un peu partout, les plaques de cuisson autour étaient débordé d’eau et de gras j’ai du nettoyé à mon arrivé. Il faut absolument installer une hôte pour la cuisine au studio 2 car le sol est un peu collant.

Malgré une arrivée tardive , disponible par téléphone. Logement Calme , confortable et bien équipé
Pendant la douche l’eau s’évacue difficilement . Attention à la brosse des toilettes

Je ne petit-déjeune pas. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la côte.

Emplacement idéal pour aller à l'ile d'Oléron et aux alentours, mais il faut faire avec la D728 saturée ! Aller au port de Bourcefranc à pied.
Parking trop petit, uniquement pour garer 3 voitures, quand tout les logements sont occupés il faut se garer dans la rue. Logement qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation, douchette à changer car ne coule presque plus !! manque de produits d'entretien pour faire le ménage avant de partir. La terrasse est à partagé avec le logement d'à côté.
