About this house rental
Wooden house comfortable with parking on fenced in quiet village on the edge of a forest but still close to shops and bike paths. Covering an area of 43m2 habitable plus a mezzanine of 8m2 and a covered terrace of 12m2 this house has a dining room-kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (2 places) with tv screen dish and DVD player, free wireless internet, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a bathroom with toilet and a loft for sleeping 2 to 3 people. The main room opens onto the covered terrace for comfort in case of rain. A small garden under the pine trees next to the house and allows relaxation in the sun and barbecue grills.
The city of Mathes-La Palmyre offers a multitude of activities and entertainment. Nature is generous here with great beaches, ocean (5km), but also forest for walks, horse or bike

Very friendly, accommodating and supportive host; nice, small secure garden perfect for dogs; host available round the corner if needed but ensuring your privacy at the same time.

What we liked:ACVery cleanWell equipped kitchenVery friendly property ownerNear the beachNicely fenced garden so your dog cannot escape even if he wants to.Lidl close by, about 15 minutes by car.What can be improved:There could be better fly/mosquito nets in the entry / windows to keep them out. (This is more about the flies, there were not many mosquitoes).Beside that honestly not much. The cherry on top would be a crib for infants to sleep in and/or an eating chair for children.We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Excellent property, equipped with everything what is needed, lovely small garden with decking terrace. Property located in very quiet area in outskirts of the village hence vehicle is needed for easy access to local beaches, markets, shops and many worth seeing places. Very helpful manager, available if necessary but not overbearing. It was our 5th stay in this property but not last, we will definitely come back.

Dommage séjour un peu gâché par des travaux sur canalisations (bruits réguliers dus aux trous effectués sur la route et aux passages camions et tracteurs devant la maison)
