Please note the apartment is on a 3rd floor (no lift), just like most of the buildings in Lithuania, they like to stay fit by climbing stairs and walking everywhere, its just the style of life there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palanga Pad!

Due to our flight schedule we arrived at the apartment at around 10p.m. Luckily, it was still possible to check in that late and we were welcomed by the house keeper. Pamela and Vaida (the house keeper) were very nice and helpful!! Besides that, there was a lot of information provided, which made it easier for us to decide on what we would like to do during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had a nice size for two people. Even the bathroom was pretty big!! The window front and the balcony were oriented towards the south, and therefore we could enjoy the sun while having breakfast, lunch and even around dinner time. It took as about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, but we didn't mind the short distance since the path went through the woods. The apartment is located about a 30 minute walk to the center of Palanga. In our case this distance was perfect since we wanted a relaxing week instead of a party-week. There is an Iki supermarket about 10-15 minutes away by foot, and Maxima is located in the center of Palanga. We preferred to buy fresh fruits and vegetables at the market, which is located right behind the coach bus station and we would definitely recommend it to you! Also, the restaurant "Floros simfonija", which is on J. Basanavi?iaus gatv? and can be combined with a walk to the pier and along the beach. At last, we would recommend taking the ferry from Klaip?da to Smiltyn?. Unfortunately we did not have bikes, otherwise we could have biked around a bit and see more of the Curonian Spit. The only thing, which made our stay imperfect was the weather. The first 4 days were fine. It was around 20-22 Degrees Celsius and the sun was shining, even though it was a bit too windy to go into the sea. But the last 3 days were rainy and cold. So next time we would plan our trip around the end of July or beginning of August. All in all, we had a great time at Palanga Pad in Palanga and would love to come back one day!!

Palanga Pad is a lovely apartment and a great place to stay. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Pamela was helpful and friendly, emailing details before our stay. There is a useful information pack at the apartment as well as many leaflets and maps for the local area which were helpful for planning our time there. The location is excellent for visiting the surrounding area. We hired bikes and cycled to Klaipeda and another day to the Latvian border. The very good paved cycle paths pass close to the apartment and wind through pine forests and sand dunes. We also had day trips by car to the beautiful Curonian Spit, as well as visiting Zemaitija National Park. We really enjoyed our Lithuanian holiday and our stay at the Palanga Pad.

We had fabulous time in Palanga Pad. The apartment is stunning in a newly build apartment block, everything is very modern and spotless clean. Lovely spaciuos bathroom with all new fittings: power shower, sink and toilet. Bed was very comfy with high quality cotton linen divine to sleep in! Nice view out of the balcony. The apartment is quit big wih plenty of space to move around. Being a coffee addict, i very much appreciate having the espresso maker. It was the best thing being able to make my own coffee in the morning without needing to go out to a coffee shop. Pamela the owner is definitely the best hostess we ever had, so helpful and considerate to her guests. If would definitely recommend Palanga Pad to everyone that likes finner things in life as it is a pure luxury. The white sand beach in Palanga is amazingly beautiful. Amber museum is worth to visit. Behind the supermarket "Maxima" there is fresh food market, much better food then in supermarket, you can get there pretty much everything: fruits, veg, fish, meat, breads and etc.

I visited Palanga with my boyfriend the first week in July, and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is beautiful and spotless. The view of the balcony is nice. If you arrive by car, you might have problem finding a parking lot, because especially weekends are very busy. But we always found a place for parking. Pamela as a hostess is excellent! Shopping in Palanga is quite limited - the only supermarket is Maxima but the range of goods is sufficient. We rented a bike and took a day trip to the nearby Klaipeda city. It's about 30km and the path leads around the coast, it's very beautiful. Visit Friedricho Pasažas there! Bike rentals are everywhere, we rented bikes just around the corner on Vytauto Gatvé. We also flew to Riga for one day- we left early in the morning and we flew back from Riga to Palanga in the evening, we had about 10 hours to spend in Riga. This city is definitely worth visiting! Flights are operated by AirBaltic and at a reasonable price. Restaurants in Palanga are good, we visited Floros Simfonija, but much better restaurants are on Curonian Spit in Juodkranté. I think that a visit to Curonian Spit is a must - it's very beautiful and a little bit different Lithuania. Be prepared to pay about 50 Litas for a car and transport plus additional 20 Litas to enter the National Park. All in all, holiday in Palanga has been one of the most beautiful ones in my life, and that's definitely also thanks to Pamela.

Great Location

The Apartment was great, a king-size-bed for wonderful nights, a well furnished bathroom, everything clean. Only in the kitchen, we wished to have a bit more dishes. The third floor is nice to sit on the balcony, but not so nice to carry the luggage up. Parking ist near, the way to the beach is as near, as everywhere in Palanga.

We stayed in the apartment for only a few days but we really had a wonderful time there. Palanga Pad is very clean, spacious and bright and it has a comfortable bed and a nice kitchen with everything you need. The furniture are all very new and modern and the balcony is great for having breakfast. Compared to most of the hotels, we would definitely prefer to stay in Palanga Pad because you will never get the same high standard in a hotel for this price. Pamela is a great host - she provided us with lots of information before our arrival and she always kept in touch with us. We really enjoyed to walk through the pine tree forest to the beautiful beach and we also visited Palanga (lots of good restaurants) Klaipeda (Friedricho Pasazas), and the Curonian Spit. So we spent a very nice time in Lithuania and we are already planning to go there again.

My wife and i went to Palanga for our honeymoon . Being from Canada , we did not know what to expect. We were picked up at at the airport< and shuffled off to our pad..The Palanga pad !! . It had all we wanted and more. Comfortable bed, Great shower, great kitchen...tv (yes, a few english channels) . Pamela the host emailed us and kept us in touch with Palanga before we got there. We felt comfortable. The Pad was very clean !! We rented bikes for our entire stay, and even drove our bikes up to Klaipeda, and the Curonian Spit...gorgeous weather, and the people of Lithuania were very nice. Sure they may not know as much English...but that was part of the adventure !! We will go back one day again !! we loved it. I recommend the Palanga Pad over any hotel in the area. Beautiful apartment on attractive Lithuanian coast

The photos accurately show how nice the apartment is, and there are lots of little extras to make your stay more pleasant. The beach is a short walk away through a beautiful pine forest, and an easy way to get around Palanga is to hire a bicycle in the town centre (plenty of choice, at least in summer). The location was peaceful, though not far from the lively centre of Palanga. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and has a very nice balcony for eating outside (there are also many restaurants in the centre). Palanga is a good base for exploring the lovely Lithuanian coast, including for a day trip to the wonderful Curonian Spit (ferry from nearby Klaipeda). Customer service was perfect - we definitely recommend it!

We stayed in the luxury Pad for few days. Beautiful and modern apartment with everything you need in it. Located in the quiet part of Palanga, just few minutes walk from the beach, close by there is Basketball and Tennis court. About 20 minutes drive from Golf course. Lots of activities in Palanga to keep fit, its very easy to rent a bicycle and get around if you dont have a car. Its about 10 euro for 24hours and of course you will get a better deal if you rent it for longer. Cycle tracks are very good and close to the beach, makes the ride more enjoyable. Main street of Palanga is always buzzing, great fish restaurant. We come to Palanga every summer and always have a great time and now that we discovered Palanga Pad we defiantly will be staying in it again and again! Big thank you to the owner for making our stay so comfortable!

We stay two weeks in the Apartement and it was great. The Apartment was accurate and verry clean. We had a verry quick and friendly mailingcontact with the owner bevore and after the time. It was easy and accurate with paypal. Thank you Pamela and best Regards The beach is not so fare away and verry clean, swimming, cycling ( verry good roads near the beach along the Lithuania coast for cycling), sauna on the beach from 10 to 24h check it out ! Yoga on the beach and good restaurants in town. Go to the restaurant on the market in Palanga, good food and nice price.

This was our first time renting an apartment, so we were a bit worried what it might be like. Arriving outside the block we were pleasantly surprised, the apartment block is newly build and very funky looking. I have to say its very safe as the entrance door has code to come in, the hall of the apartment block was very clean and bright. I was already feeling like home before we even got to the apartment. We got to the Pad which is on a 3rd floor, the apartments is stunning, so spacious and bright, facing south with lots of sun all day. We enjoyed so much waking up to the sun and having our breakfast in the balcony. The bed was very comfy with feather duvet, pillows and luxurious cotton sheets, really was a 5star feeling. TV had lots of channels in many languages to suit everybody. The shower was powerful and never run out of hot water. The beautiful Palanga beach is only few minutes walk from the Pad. All restaurants in town had life music, which was really nice to watch while having dinner. Me and my husband had a great holiday and planing to come back to Palanga Pad just before the end of the year.

We spent a great week in the Palanga Pad. The apartment is span new and spotlessly clean and had lots of little extras (maps, slippers, lovely towels, toothpaste etc), really powerul shower. It was like being in a 5 star hotel ! The bed is extra comfy and the kitchen and dining area were perfect for us as a couple. The apartment was very bright with a big window giving access to a balcony. The beach its only about 10min walk from the Pad. Palanga itself is a really romantic place and we enjoyed some lovely meals particularly at the Floros Sinfonija restaurant. Pamela, the owner was excellent to deal with and very helpful.
