Охайна сучасна квартира, доступність заселення у будь-який час, швидкий зв'язок із господарем, чиста постіль та рушники. Приємний інтер'єр та обзорні вікна створюють неповторну атмосферу. Господарі подбали про мийні засоби та предмети догляду і гігієни.
Трохи далеко від центру та берегової лінії. Було б добре передбачити електродуховку для тих, хто любить випікати .Але це всього лише побажання.

Butas puikus, viena siena stiklinė, todėl ypatingai šviesu. Kondicionierius veikia labai tyliai. Baldai, patalynė, indai iš IKEA. Virtuvės, vonios reikmenys sukomplektuoti visi, kokių tik reikia. Šeimininkai labai greitai ir maloniai bendraujantys. Atvykimo, naudojimosi raktais ir automobilių statymo instrukcijos išsamios ir aiškios.
