Brand New with Good Amenities, But Poor Location and Layout

Brand new and well equipped

There's no air conditioning in the bedroom, and the location is too far from everything- you either have to drive or cycle to get anywhere. The tap with a shower hose next to the toilet makes no sense, especially since children can easily reach it and create a big puddle in the bathroom. The skirting board in the kitchen also come off with just a slight touch. The parking spots are too narrow; if you park backing in, you have to access the trunk through the flower bed

schönes Apartment, neuer Komplex etwas abgelegen

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und die ganze Anlage ist neu. Parkplätze waren immer vorhanden direkt vor dem Haus im abgeschlossenem Hof. Nachts ist es ruhig. Wir sind mit den Rädern nach Palanga und an den Strand geradelt, da es zum Laufen etwas zu weit war. Die Fußgängerzone von Palanga wird alle Kinderherzen höher schlagen lassen, für Paare gibt es sicher schönere Städtchen. Es gibt viele Stände wo frisch geräucherter Fisch verkauft wird.Unbedingt zuschlagen.

Die "Küche" hat zwar Kühlschrank ,Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr aber leider keinen Wasserkocher und abspülen musste man umständlich im Waschbecken im Bad.

Puikūs apartamentai, kuriems reiktų pasikeisti neveikiančias duris

Apartamentai - be priekaištų, kambarys įrengtas puikiai ir šiuolaikiškai. Bėda - administratoriai ir elektroninė buto spyna. Atvykus sekmadienį 18 valandą buvo gauti du skirtingi kodai (vienas sms žinute, kitas booking platformos žinute). Matyt įvedus pirmąjį neteisingą kodą durys užsiblokavo ir 20 minučių jų nepavyko atidaryti vedant abu kodus, o nurodytu kontaktiniu numeriu niekas neatsiliepė. Tada istorija pasikartojo grįžus vėlai vakare, durys vėlgi neatsirakino, administratorius neatsiliepė ir atrašė tik kitos dienos 10 ryto, pasiūlė palaukti kelias sekundes prieš atidarant duris :D o galėtų tiesiog duoti fizinio rakto kodą (nes lockboxas buvo pakabintas, reiškia taip įmanoma)

Nauji apartamentai, tačiau prastas kainos ir paslaugos sąntykis

Operatyvus klientų aptarnavimas, greitai ir aiškiai atsakė į užduotus klausimus. Patogios lovos, gera patalynė ir rankšluosčiai. Rami vieta iki centro ir paplūdimio galima nueiti pėsčiomis. Erdvūs apartamentai, didelė spinta yra lygintuvas ir lyginimo lenta.

Indus radome indaplovėje, grindys panašu tik išsiurbtos. Dušo trapas nevalytas, jau pirmojo naudojimosi metu susidarė vandens perteklius, spec. raktelio atkelti trapo dangteliui nebuvo, kad išspręsti šią situaciją. Vonios kambaryje nėra tinkamos ventiliacijos. Daugiau nesirinkčiau apartamentų cokoliniame (atliekant rezervacija buvo nurodyta- pirmame) aukšte, nes miegamojo langas yra į lietaus nuotekų talpą, kuri nešvari vaizdas nekoks. Verta paminėti, jog tai vienintelis varstomas langas apartamentuose, o ji pravėrus kvapas nemalonus.

Apratamentai nauji, švarūs, erdvūs, su AC kiekviename kambaryje. Parkavimo vietų daug ir užtenka. Self Check-In, nereikia derinti laiko kada pasiimti raktus. Mielai sugrįšime!

Tolokai nuo centro, bet pasivaikščioti mėgstantiems-puiku. Modernūs apartamentai, norėtųsi ir vonios priemonių šiek tiek kokybiškesnių nei iš Lidl. Ir svarbiausia, apartamentų durų spynos kodai nekeičiami. Prieš savaitę buvome apsistoję, o durų kodas vienodas. Saugumas nebuvo garantuotas.

Puikūs apartamentai ir visiškai nauji.Patiko privatus parkingas kiemelyje, - tikrai patogu. Lygintuvas ir lyginimo lenta, daug vietos daiktams susidėti, didelė spinta miegamojo kambaryje. Vonios kambarys puikus.Skalbimo mašina įmontuota virtuvėje tikrai puikus sprendimas ilgesniam apsistojimui.

Nebuvo mikrobangų krosnelės ir nei vienos lėkštės ar indų iš ko būtų galima valgyti pasigaminus čia maistą, bet aš supratau, kad galbūt nespėjo dar arba tiesiog pamiršo nes apartamentuose buvome pirmiej svečiai😊kai užsisakinėjome porą nakvynių buvo nurodytas pirmas aukštas, bet iš tiesų ten cokolis- rūsyje įrengti apartamentai su mini terasa.Lova puiki, patalynė super, tik man galbūt pasirodė, kad čiužinys būtent man buvo per kietas😊 man kaip moteriai trūko veidrodžio kuriame matyčiau visą savo ūgį, ypač kai poilsiavimui pasirenkamas ilgesnis laikas, manau jo reikėtų 😊
