The location
There was no person to communicate with and the furniture was outdated, no extra towels no extra sheets

The location was incredible. it was a 7 minute was to central station, it had many good restaurants and bars very close by. “shopping street” was about a 10 minute walk there was a few nice authentic gelato shops. The property itself was easy to access, the staff were so kind and very responsive. the place was clean and nice kitchen was great
If you need a crib for a baby the space gets pretty tight! Also the stairs are terrifying for a climbing toddler but otherwise the apartment is AMAZING
