Proximidade a estação central Comércio local de proximidade para necessidades básicas
Estadia de 6 dias e 5 noites, não ser feita limpeza do apartamento nem haver toalhas suficientes para os 6 dias, havendo necessidade de usar a máquina de lavar a roupa para esse fim; A entrada do apartamento ter depósito de lixos variados; Ouvir se demasiado ruído da passagem do metro; Sistema de entrada no prédio não foi fácil, pouco intuitivo.
