Overall it was a nice experience.

Right next to the forest. Cleanliness was good. The staff was helpful.

Bed sheets could be in a better shape. Those were clean, however quite worn out.

It was ok for one time

1 h van veel attracties . House was clean . Friendly lady at the in check desk. .

Wifi signaal was very poor in de rooms. I had to sit in one place otherwise no signaal. Shower time - warm water aas not even for 5 min with 4 people we had to wait long time to warm it up so somone else. An shower. For those reasons i will not come back. Kids loved it though. Big playground and woods around. City centre nice snack bar with two older ladys . They speak no english but we managed to. Very friendly recommended

Best vacation for families with kids my son wants to go there again very soon.

Everything, location and peacefulness and o yes off course the animation team of the camping.

Didn’t like is big word but I would definitely like a lid for frying pan and some under setter for pan for on the table. These two small things is the only i can think of.

New hauses with full equipment. New beds which are very comfortable.

Swimming pool is not warm enough. (Outside temperature was ~16 during day and sun was shining).

Very large outdoor swimming pool was a bonus. Amazing views and spacious camping plots. The takeaway pizza was delicious. Great onsite ice-cream shop, as well. Very green and calm camping resort.

The food in the restaurant was a little pricey for a camping place.

Great location, nature and calm place, swimming pool is great, nice restaurant and there was also a food truck while we were there. Toilets, shower and facilities are very clean. Really recommended !!!!

Great camping although the price is a bit high…

mobile homes look like brand new. very close to a nice forest for great walks and also not far from a town with good restaurants. These homes are well equipped, all you need! It’s good fun to stay in such a set up. Also the swimming pool looks great.

you pay quite a lot and extra for linen and at the spot you realise there are no towels… and you need to… pay again. When combined the costs - I could have a 70 sq metres apartment with linen and towels included …

Staying at camping bertrix is very accessible to almost everything.its very relaxing,the view is perfect to enjoy your holiday.safe for kids to play,staff are very friendly.The house is clean, bathroom especially the kitchen and the bed is very comfortable as well. Plan your trip and enjoy your stay at camping bertrix,it's really worth it for the price you paid for.

Its difficult to find a charger station for electric cars.i hope someday they will add charging station at the parking area.

The water in the little pool it was like ice... In august! Check in 16pm and check out 10am.....we spend 2 nights.... And actualy we lost half a day Lighting in the night in the camping.. On the streests.. It was bad... We must use ours cell phone to see where to put the feet

The place is perfect! not really far from Bouillon and Rochehaut.

When we arrived at the chalet it smells mussels or escargot soup😁 it was very strong that we have to spray perfume and lit some scented candles.

Te staff and location is the best of the camping!

- The shower didn,t work as well . It seamed a never-ending story to heat. I gave up and decided to heat the water in the kedlep. - I had a issue with a lack of cooking gas two times. -The eletricity went down several times.

I like that the bed is comfortable. The city and supermarket is near. The facilities are nice. The walking route is just next to the camping. You can ask for a walking route in the reception. It also near the beautiful cities in Ardenes.

The bathroom is not so clean. The water is going to the other room. The lavaratory smells bad. The hotwater is so hot, we can't adjust it. The water is not drinkeable. The NOS 1 and NOS 2 tv channel is sometimes having a problem with the signal. No wifi.

Ze hebben eigenlijk Wifi alleen bij de receptie en de restaurant. Voor de rest geen Wifi. De dekking is ook niet fantastisch.

English below. L'endroit est très beau, la plaine de jeux pour les enfants est magnifique et aussi l'espace dans les bois. Bungalow correctes. Espace activités sportives très grand et varié. The camping area is really nice. The kid's playground is awesome and also the play area In The woods is well planned. The bungalows size are correct and you can choose between multiple sport activities/fields.

English below. Les bungalow sont les uns sur les autres. Pas beaucoup de place entre chaque unité. Pareil pour les tentes. Le personnel ne connaît ou comprends absolument aucun mot de français. Uniquement le néerlandais et un peu d'anglais sont parlé. L'eau de la piscine était horriblement sale et aussi les espaces communs au tour de la piscine. Ridicule de faire payer un surplus pour une consommation électrique qui dépasse les quelque kw mise a disposition. The bungalows are right on top of each other. There isn't much space between each unit. The same goes for the tents. The staff do not know or understand a single word of French. Only Dutch and a little English are spoken. The pool water was horribly dirty, as were the common areas around the pool. It is ridiculous to charge extra for electricity consumption that exceeds the few kilowatts made available.

Reposant, connexion à la nature, familial, convivial et chaleureux

J’ai beaucoup aimé le fait que l’on soit en pleine nature, ainsi que toutes les options possibles qu’il y avait pour les enfants et adultes : piscine, terrain de basket, terrain de tennis, plaine de jeux vraiment sympa, avec des jeux solides et sécurisants pour nos enfants.

Le petit point que je n’ai pas aimé est le fait d’avoir la possibilité de commander des frites mais de ne pas pouvoir les déguster sur la terrasse du restaurant à côté
