Ardennen Camping Bertrix

The camping is big and has a lot of fun stuff for the kids - pool, playgrounds, forest path, courts and field for tennis/football, trampoline. The mobile home was comfortable - two bedrooms, the bed sheets (additional price) were neat and the beds were comfortable. There is a fridge and gas stove, microwave and sufficient cutlery. The shower was okey. It’s a camping so for not very experienced camping people this was a good option. There is on site restaurant and friterie with ice cream.

You need to bring everything to feel some comfort - salt, pepper, table cloth, good knives, olive oil, toilet paper, liquid dish detergent, soap and shampoo, which of course is standard but it’s a lot to think about. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Still no major red flags. Recommend for families.

Nice pool, great facilities. Pretty close to a very nice forest, good hikes. Was not too busy with kids mid-June. If I was traveling with kids, would 100% go for it. The town nearby has excellent restaurants.

Maybe the location, I would choose to be closer to a river/nature next time. Here some camping places are a bit too close to each other.

In una regione francofona non mi spiego perche si debba chiedere allo staff se patla in francese e che la tisposta sia 2 golte su tre negativa. I menu e i messaggi dapperrutto per il camp sono solo in fiammingo. Ripeto, nelle fiandre lo capirei ma non qui.
