Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It was perfectly equipped — from kitchenware to household items, there was truly nothing missing. Even though we were traveling with older children (11 and 14 years old), I couldn’t help but notice how thoughtfully prepared the house was for families with small kids as well — including children’s dishes and other little details that really make a difference. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The interior is fresh and modern — everything looks newly renovated and tastefully done. One small tip for future guests: we came from a town where mosquitoes are almost non-existent, so we were a bit surprised by their presence. If you're not used to dealing with mosquitoes, I would recommend bringing or buying a mosquito repellent or plug-in device. That being said, everything else was simply perfect. A big wow-wow from us! Highly recommended — we'd love to come back again.

Extremely comfortable modern farmhouse

The house is very well-insulated, elegant and modern. Finishes are of a high standard, especially the gorgeous bathroom. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. We were close to many of the attractions of the Ardennes and the host was responsive to queries. The village was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were after.

The open-plan layout was fine for us as a family, but might be an issue for two couples sharing. It would be nice to have a door for the main bedroom so noise doesn't travel upstairs.

Great place to stay, very clean, friendly owners.

The place was brand new, very spacious, very clean and the finishing of the house/apartment was at a very high quality. Kitchen equipment was very good and even included a bean-to-cup coffee maker. Beds were very comfortable, the bath room was spacious and equipped with a top quality shower and on the top floor there was even a relax area with books, games and puzzles, which our kids turned into a play room. This place really makes you feel home, and so did the owner. Upon arrival, the owner welcomed us, explained us everything we needed to know and gave us tips for sightseeing. The only thing we regret is that we only stayed for two days :) When we return to the Ardennes, we will definitely book this again.

Het was geweldig om hier te verblijven!

Les Quartiers d'Urbain is een zeer mooi, modern ingericht appartement. De benedenverdieping voorziet in alles wat je maar kunt wensen. Een zeer luxe keuken, met echt van alles aanwezig en mooie zithoek bij de TV. De 1e verdieping is voorzien van een kleine slaapkamer met 2 1-persoonsbedden en een riante slaapkamer met prima tweepersoonsbed. De zeer ruime en mooie badkamer maakt het helemaal af. Er is ook nog een vide, waar o.a. een kinderbedje staat. Goede plaats om de auto te parkeren. De host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ik zou het niet weten, alles was perfect.

Propere en ruime woning in een rustige omgeving

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. De accommodatie was heel proper en heel ruim. Het terras vonden wij een groot pluspunt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De ligging vonden wij perfect (dicht bij alles, maar toch heel rustig). Vlotte communicatie met de host.

Het was super proper en met veel faciliteiten. Er is een wasmachine en ook een afwasmachine. De locatie is fantastisch! Er zijn folders en informatie van de streek. Prachtige plek 👍

Bien situé pour visiter cette belle région

Beau logement confortable, propre, très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région, pour faire de belles randonnées (tombeau du géant) et visiter le château de Bouillon. Hôte très gentil.

Zeer verzorgde, moderne en kraaknette woning in een klein dorpje.

Zeer proper en hygiënisch, verzorgd. Alle nodige comfort is aanwezig (zoals magnetron, airfryer, vaatwas, wasmachine - geen droogkast).

De woning (binnenin) was kraaknet, wit en modern, met alle nodige comfort, maar mist wel 'Ardeense ziel'. De hoofdslaapkamer is niet afgesloten met muur (iemand die van andere slaapkamer naar badkamer wilt, wandelt langs je bed). In de hoofdslaapkamer is ook nauwelijks verduistering (licht via 2 dakramen).
