Nestled in nature, this beautifully restored 19th-century home offers privacy and modern comfort. This summer (2025), we are excited to introduce a jacuzzi, giving you the perfect way to unwind and make the most of warm, sunny days in our spacious yard.
Built in a traditional style, the villa features charming brick-arched ceilings on the ground floor and thick walls that naturally keep the interior cool during summer. The property boasts a 2.80 m high stone wall enclosing the courtyard, ensuring safety and privacy—a feature cherished by families with children and pet owners. Accommodating up to five guests, the villa includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is generously designed with a large kitchen, a cozy living room, hallways, patios, a game room, and a terrace. The garden also holds an enchanting old water well.
Located in a serene neighborhood with a few neighbors and surrounded by unspoiled nature, the villa provides private parking and complimentary WiFi. There is also a gaming room with table football and darts board for family fun. The property is just meters from the Tour of Croatia cycling route, as well as hiking trails, old fortresses, paragliding spots, fishing opportunities (sea and lake), and beautiful beaches. Guests can also explore the island of Krk, historical towns, and nearby forests.

Ein kleiner Tip für die Anreise, nicht nach dem Navi fahren, einfach an die detaillierte Beschreibung des Vermieters halten. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die W-LAN Anbindung war ausreichend. Die vielseitigen Ausflugstips des Vermieters haben uns nicht enttäuscht. Für Fragen war er jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten uns in der Ruhe der Villa vom Alltagsstress erholen. Zu den Stränden nach Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski oder nach Krk ist es nicht weit. Wandern, radeln oder ein Ausflug mit dem Quad in den umliegenden Wäldern und Bergen war für uns und unsere beiden Kids (17+19) ein Highlight des Urlaubs. Nach jedem Ausflug haben wir uns auf unseren Rückzugsort in der Villa Bartola gefreut. Wir können diese nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Villa liegt etwas abseits von Grizane und bietet die Möglichkeit, sich dort gut zu erholen. Die verschiedenen Terrassen und die Wiese ermöglichen es, schöne Tage in der Villa und dem Garten zu verbringen. Wir hatten auch viel Spaß beim Kicker spielen.
In der Gegend kann man gut wandern und mit dem Auto ist man In wenigen Minuten am Meer.
Die Villa wurde liebevoll restauriert und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit passenden Möbeln.
Diese Villa empfiehlt man gerne weiter.
Entgegen vorheriger Beschreibungen, waren wir mit dem WLAN zufrieden.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir hatten mit 6 Personen und einem Hund mehr als genug Platz. Die Natur ist direkt vor der Haustür aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mühelos zu erreichen. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und hatte auf Nachfrage super Ausflugstipps parat. Wir würden gern wiederkommen und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus.

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage hat die Nächte sehr angenehm gemacht. Eine zweite Sonnenliege wäre sehr schön gewesen.
Das WiFi ist verbesserungsbedürftig - eine Lösung über Satellit würde hier Abhilfe schaffen - aber alles gut.
Das wir uns den Balkon mit schwarzen Riesenameisen teilen mussten, fanden wir nicht so angenehm.
AAABER .... ein wirklich mehr als zu empfehlendes Haus. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen.
