The detached holiday home. The property is located at the edge of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property into the valley and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

The entrance leads over an external stair and a terrace directly in the vestibule. Entrance to each bedroom and the kitchen is across the corridor (terrace). The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the 100 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access.

Grižane. The holiday home is situated on a 1500 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is a 200-year-old farmhouse. The 1500 sqm plot with meadow and trees is located opposite the house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 8 cars) on the property.
