Located on the ground floor of the beautiful residence Atlantico 1 with restaurants, shops, pharmacy, ... nearby. Bus stop and taxis in front of the residence. 3 secure swimming pools for children, tennis court, playground, gym. Private parking in the basement closed. 200 m from the sea. 10 minutes from the South Airport (Queen Sofia), 12 km from Los Cristianos.
Possibility of transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Proximity to the golf courses of the golf course and golf del amerilla (5km) and 12 km from the golf las americas
