The place was reasonably priced and in a very convenient location to explore all parts of Tenerife.

Very good location. The staff is friendly and approachable. Quiet at night, with a pleasant and sociable neighborhood. Shops are within walking distance, and public transport is convenient (about 1 hour to the airport by bus). The mattress is very comfortable and the bed is spacious. Amenities include Pay-TV, a pool, and a nice balcony. Overall, great value for the price.
The apartment is sparsely furnished (pots and kitchenware are missing). Water came out of the bidet unexpectedly. The door rattles in the wind, and there are no shutters in the room (lacking darkness).
