New renovated duplex near the ocean located in Tenerife Sur

Downstairs bedroom/ bathroom suitable for wheelchair people, double bed not sofabed as advertised.Lovely and clean with good kitchen equipment. . Situated in Chyofeta gated site, pool jusy ourside door with children's pool also near. Shops, cafes,pubs all easily accessable.

The kitchen/ living room together with corner sofa which was uncomfortable as it only seats 4 adult in close proximity to each other, the TV was in downstairs bedroom and we failed at changing it to english.Also the wall socket for kettle, toaster ect. was loose from wall and dangerous Through the sliding glass doors another table and 4 chairs and the stairs which are open to the elements and slippery when wet. The two bedrooms upstairs shared a bathroom but no lock on bathroom door. As it was exceptionally cold our week and our 4 year old and me at 78 were cold as no form of heating,and no comfort in living area. We didn't find a reception area nor a shop on site although there used to be years ago I know from personal experience. This newly renovated duplex was in my opinion not done anytime recently.

Het zwembad dichtbij het appartement en het ruime appartement zelf. We hadden er twee terrasjes maar deze boven was het meest aangename om te vertoeven omdat we er volop van de zon konden genieten. We kochten zelfs een tafel voor dat terrasje zodat we er 's morgens konden ontbijten in het zonnetje. Het is ook aangenaam dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is en een ruime koelkast.

Een stofzuiger zou wel aangenaam zijn in het appartement. Ook de verbitterde buurvrouw viel wat tegen toen de kindjes tijdens een namiddag plezier hadden aan het zwembad en mevrouw 'het lawaai van lachende kindjes' niet kon verdragen. Ze reageerde zeer kort en arrogant dat de kindjes moesten zwijgen.
