About this house rental
On the top of a hill a few kilometers from the center of Camaiore is 'Casa dell'Uva'. The house offers: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs and BBQ. The view is wonderful: in front of your eyes you will have the view over Camaiore, the other hills and up to the sea of Lido di Camaiore.
The house is 340 meters above the sea level and to get there by car there is a road of 200m of steep concrete with curves but it is not dangerous and is practicable with all cars.
The parking space is 30 meters away with a small climb on a path. This house is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
The price does NOT include the consumption of: electricity* (0.60 Euro / Kw), to be paid in cash at checkout.
From 1/06 to 30/09 the municipality applies a tourist tax of 1.50e per person (over 14 years) per day (up to a maximum of 7 days) to be paid in cash at checkout.

The house is charming, simple and lovingly renovated in the style of a Tuscan farmhouse. You get used to the narrow last part of the road quite quickly. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for our vacation. Conclusion: If you are looking for a quiet holiday home and are not afraid to drive 10 minutes up the mountains, this is the place for you.

Ein sehr nettes kleines Häuschen mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf Camaiore und auf das Meer.
Die Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig steil, aber es lohnt sich, weil man wirklich seine Ruhe dort oben hat.
Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und das merkte man dann abends an den Temperaturen. Deshalb saßen wir oft auf dem kleinen Sofa in der Küche, weil es kein Wohnzimmer o. Ä. dort gibt.
Vermutlich ist der Aufenthalt im Sommer optimal, wenn man den Garten besser nutzen kann.

Schönes Natursteinhaus mit super toller Aussichtslage! Die letzten 200 Meter mit dem Auto zum Haus sind etwas heikel, man gewöhnt sich da aber schnell dran. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig Eingerichtet. Dank der sehr netten Vermieterin, unkomplizierter CheckIn und CheckOut. Vielen Dank Jennifer, für die schönen Tage trotz etwas Regen.
