This beautiful rustico is situated in the hills of Versilia, only 2 km from the village of Monteggiori and 6 km from Pietrasanta. The house is surrounded by olive trees and enjoys a beautiful view. The house is on 3 floors and has been carefully renovated by the owners themselves (it is their 'dream nest'), respecting the original architecture. Wi-Fi Internet and mosquito nets available. Situated in an idyllic location between the sea (12 km) and the mountains, the holiday home can be reached via a pretty scenic road, provided you park your car and walk the last 200 metres (illuminated and partly narrow). The owner guarantees a luggage towing service to/from the car park. If you are travelling with a pet, keep in mind that there is a hiking trail a short distance from the house, so keep an eye on your pets.
