About this cottage rental

Our Creme de le creme No 4 Coach house was originally created as Coach houses to store the horse drawn Carriages for the 19th Centuury Kinfauns Castle. The Traditional stone built B listed buildings in attractive courtyard setting has an idyllic and exceptional accommodation, restored to complement this glorious environment, with careful thought given to our guests enjoyment. The accommodation has been renovated with families, part disabled and the elderly in mind. The accommodation consists of large kitchen with lowered appliances and worktops. Separate utility room. 1 master double Room, ensuite with walk in shower. 1 Twin Bedroom with shower ensuite. On the lower level (2 steps down) 1 Twin Room. Main bathroom with large corner bath and shower. Large lounge featuring a electric liviing flame stone fire place and French doors leading onto an enclosed private Sun Terrace. The Coach house development settles within the beauty of Kinnoull Woodlands just 2 miles from the Centre of Perth.
Recently opened onsite is The Kinfauns stables which hosts an indoor Riding arena, guests can book Horse Riding lessons on go on hacks through the beauty of The Kinnoull Hill Woodlands.

We are regular visitors to Towerview Coach Houses and have enjoyed every single stay here. The houses are clean, comfortable, well equipped, and surrounded by lovely views across to Kinnoull Hill. Easy to travel into Perth, just a 5 minute car journey. Great walks as well across Kinnoull Hill and the Deuchnie Woods. Very quiet and private location with a woodland area to one side for a quiet walk. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The cottage was incredibly comfortable and spacious- we really loved our stay. Such a warm welcome too. We loved watching the horses and the little walk around the woods and fountain. wonderfully clean and with everything we could possibly need. we also loved Ben the dog, who made sure we were fine too !

I highly recommend this property. It is excellent for location and is very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. The stables nearby add interest with the ponies passing nearby on a regular basis.

We stayed in this property for two weeks and never had an issue. Besides us, there were three other families that were staying in adjoining houses and we would meet daily for breakfast and dinner. The spaces within the house (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen & and lounge) were all very spacious and comfortable. Because the highways are easily accessible and downtown Perth is 10 minutes away…we did everything! We had an amazing time & can’t wait to get back there!!

We loved this cottage. It is immaculately presented, well equipped, spacious and has a very homely feeling. A great place to relax and unwind. The owner Susan and her relatives in cottage 2 made us feel very welcome and provided some really useful information about our planned day trips. We hope to return in the near future.

We stayed for four nights. Property spacious and spotlessly clean. Sun was shining and the area was spectacularly scenic with lovely walks nearby. Horse riding, kayaking and gokarting all nearby for the kids. Great place!

The coach houses are located on the Kinnoull hill with pretty views and trails all around. Our girls loved being able to watch horses all day long and we enjoyed the quietness and nature around us. The apartment was extremely clean (and I'm very picky with that), well-furnished and also the kitchen was well equipped. It was the perfect place to stay, especially with Covid going on. We'll definitely be back. See you :)

We stayed in coach house 4 which was very spacious as well as beautifully furnished and equipped. Lovely views at the back And well suited for anyone disabled (except steps to go down into the main sitting room not suitable for wheelchairs). The house was spotlessly clean and lots of Covid related kit had been provided. The owner was very hospitable and friendly. We hope to return

Another return visit to Scotland for new year. We love the location of this cottage as really central with lots to do in Perth - shopping, restaurants, swimming, skate park, cinema, go Karting, culture and nature. Also love kinhoull hill being so close for nice walks and bike tracks. The cottage is lovely, very spacious and homely and Susan is very helpful

Another great experience for us at the Coachhouses, we have visited 3 times before, and enjoy returning as the location is central to our plans and the facilities are very good. The nearby woods are ideal for dog walks, running or cycling. Perth town centre is 5-10mins drive away and has a lot to offer.

From arrival to departure we had the most marvellous time. The house had everything we could possibly need. The quality of the decor and furnishings was beautiful. Everyone we met were extremely helpful . It was lovely to look out your window and see the horses in the fields. Riding were enjoyed by the children. So much to do and see in the area, with beautiful walks on your door step . This was our third visit and hopefully it won't be our last. Superb!

Spacious, extremely clean and comfortable property, ideal for family holiday. We were 6 and enjoyed the room to spread out. We spent Christmas and found the kitchen well equipped. The owner personally arranged for us to have a real tree. The previous visitors had removed a cable from the tv and the owner sorted it out within an hour. Beautiful location with lovely walks and ponies in field looking in the windows.

We enjoyed our holiday. Located close to the Castle, the wonderful nature and just a stone's throw from Perth. To do this, the summer weather that is not common in Scotland. Our cottage was very comfortable, generously cut with a summer terrace and an Interior that meets all requirements. We felt very comfortable and thank Susan for the warm welcome.

Our stay here was great. The accommodation was so clean and tidy. The views from the house were great and the house was a middle point for everywhere we needed to get too!
