Fantastic, highly recommend!

Gorgeous, very spacious house, even better than the pics. Spotless, well maintained and super comfy! Kitchen looks new and well equipped. Plenty room for parking at the front of the property.

Excellent stay, would recommend this property to anyone wanting a Perth getaway.

Host was lovely and really communicative. Check in and out was super easy. The house was stunning and the beds were incredibly comfy. Great location and was superb for my 1 year old niece as well, as the host had a cot and high chair we were able to use.

The property was beautiful, cozy and well equipped and close to the town centre. The owner Jamie was excellent in letting us know how to access the property which was quick and easy and he accommodated us arriving an hour early.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect, Jamie the host was amazing we asked if he could put their Christmas decorations up early for us as was a Christmas celebration we were having and they did no problem, the house was huge but cosy. Spotless, comfortable and luxurious. It is so close to the town centre you can walk there in ten minutes. We would definitely book this house again and recommend it. We all wanted to live there forever !

Absolute perfection for families or groups

Couldn’t say anything negative about the property or the communication with the owner. Absolutely perfect accommodation for larger groups or families. Perfectly clean throughout and with all the necessities available in the kitchen and bathrooms. If you’re looking for a touch of quality at a great price, then you could do a lot worse.

Overall, we were thrilled with the place and would definitely stay there again.

Cereal and milk were there for us, which was very nice 😊

The facilities were great and everything worked. The only minor change I would make is to ensure the bed sheets and pillow cases are washed with perfume free laundry detergent. I say this only because I’m hyper sensitive to anything remotely related to perfumes. I must emphasize, however, that the accommodations were excellent!

Location was excellent. Beautiful period piece property with amazing detailing. Clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable home.

Comfortable living space, rooms were spacious and reasonably comfortable. Kitchen came equipped with an air fryer and basic fridge and some items for chopping and preparing food that does not require cooking.

It would be great if there was a washing machine included or at least a stove/Hob to cook on.

Perfect for Perth and Scone Palace

An excellent property. The host, Jamie, has paid a lot of attention to detail to make this a really welcoming place. Everything was perfect. Ideally situated for walking in to Perth and a short drive (or long walk) to Scone Palace. This was the best self-catering place we stayed at (of 4) in Scotland this year. There are some take-aways about a mile away along with a pub/restaurant (Brown and Black) which Jamie recommended and is exceptionally good.

Everything was very good. Please note that although there is a microwave oven (and also an air-fryer, I think) in the kitchen but no oven or grill - that wasn't a problem for us, and I understand that Jamie has plans to revamp the kitchen early next year.

Beautiful home for family of six.

Convenient parking and access to the home. The home was very clean, prepared with clean linens, and everything functioned well. The home is beautiful and communication was excellent. Three rooms with plenty of bathrooms for our family of six was perfect.

We were only passing through town so we could only stay one night. We would have enjoyed a longer stay. Thank you!

Great location very close to downtown. The villa was very spacious and clean. Jamie was quick to help answer our questions. We would’ve liked to stay longer if we had time in our tight schedule. The villa also had free parking available which was perfect. Highly recommended!

Spacious , cosy , clean ,old style building . Lovely , comfortable beds. Tea,coffee , milk , cereals available with little extras of chocolates in rooms with tea n coffee also. Easy access.

Visit too short 🙁 Little things like only 2 wine glasses 😯 n water takes a while to get hot in kitchen but minor things.

Beautiful home

Beautiful old english villa. The owner stopped by to bring some milk, very kind of him. They set-up a travel cot for the baby by request.

Only thing missing was a kitchen, however they do have a diningroom with a fridge and some tea/cereal/milk so the basics are there.

La casa es preciosa. Se nota que hay cariño del propietario en cada rincón. Normalmente las fotos de los alojamientos tienden a parecer mejores de lo que es en realidad, pero en este caso es todo lo contrario. Es mejor en la realidad!

Es aseo de abajo no huele demasiado bien. Como sugerencia de mejora, estaría bien poner una vitrocerámica (no lo tengo en cuenta para la puntuación porque ya lo sabíamos por la descripción del alojamiento).

Top-Adresse für eine Übernachtung zum Start in die Highlands

Tolles Haus mit sehr schöner Einrichtung, bequemen festen Betten und sehr sauber. Es liegt in guter Lage. Sehr liebenswerter Zusatz: Tee & Milch, verschiedene Cornflakes und Cerealien standen uns zur Verfügung. Spar ist nur wenige Gehminuten die Straße herunter erreichbar. Kontakt zum Gastgeber lief über Booking und war völlig problemlos. Schlüssel über Schlüsselbox macht die Anreise zeitunabhängig. Topadresse für ein bis drei Nächte, für länger würde uns ein Herd fehlen.

Mini-Minus: Kein Herd, den wir allerdings bei einer Übernachtung auch nicht vermisst haben, ausschließlich Mikrowelle und Heißluftfriteuse vorhanden.
