GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT, ART STUDIOS, HOLETOWN
Just paces from the beach and a short walk from some of the fabulous facilities of the Platinum Coast, everything you need is on your doorstep at the Art Studios.
The apartments are are adjacent to the luxury boutique Sandpiper Hotel
Whether it's swimming in the warm Caribbean sea, relaxing in the tropical gardens, dining at one of the renowned nearby restaurants or a spot of shopping, nothing is more than a short walk away. If you just want to do your own thing, the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and there are plenty of shops nearby ranging from simple but delicious street food stalls to the luxury Limegrove shopping centre. If you do want to venture further afield, there's a bus stop within a minute's walk (the fare is a fixed BDS $3.75 for all journeys). There is also on-site parking if you prefer to explore with your own car.
Other nearby facilities include tennis, world-class golf and, of course, water sports. For snorkellers or divers, Folkestone Marine Park is just a few hundred metres away.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, cafetiere, modern crockery, cookware and utensils. There's a separate bedroom with comfortable beds that can be used as two singles or a large double. There's also an en-suite with a large fully-tiled shower, sink and WC. The patio has comfortable furniture making it a relaxing place to enjoy the sounds and sights of the tropical gardens. Large fans in the bedroom and all around the apartment keep you cool and all internal doors and windows are fitted with mosquito screens. There's fast free WIFI access and there are UK and US style electricity sockets . All bedding and towels (including beach towels) are provided and there's a daily maid service (6 days/wk). There is also a safe, an ironing board, iron and hairdryer.
Please note that construction work is taking place at the neighbouring Royalton Hotel with an estimated completion date of late spring / early summer 2026.

We have been frequent visitors to Barbados for the last 15 years and have always loved the fabulous location of the Art Studios - there aren't many places on the Platinum Coast where you can enjoy the simple Caribbean life and still have everything you want right on your doorstep - all at an affordable price! You know what they say about property - location, location, location. This has it. Just a short stroll from a perfect soft sandy beach with a great snack bar and sun loungers from Kirk. Perfect turquoise water, too. Beware it gets a bit busy with locals at the weekend.All the bars and restaurants of Holetown are a short stroll away. If you want to travel further, there's bus stops at the end of the lane on the main road.The condo itself has all you need with a full kitchen with a kettle (essential for Brits) microwave etc. The bed was huge and comfortable; we both slept really well with just the fan to keep us cool at night. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom but we didn't need it. Sitting out in the veranda is cool too with the breeze blowing through to take the edge off the heat. Would we book again? Definitely yes

Communication by the hosts was first class and the apartment location is idyllic a little stroll to the beach and bars and restaurants a few minutes either way. Merchelle the lady who cleans and looks after the property is a gem. The apartment is sparkling every day!Our big complaint was the noise from the building next door ! We had been warmed but had no idea there would be constant drilling from 6.30 until 7.30 in the night!! Our hosts were very apologetic and I feel for residents as this will be ongoing for some time

Den and Gloria were very helpful answering any questions we asked of them. The property is in a lovely position for bars shops and the beach. The gardens are kept in lovely condition by Michael and Mechell kept the apartment well serviced.
There is everything you need in the apartment for a stay and we hope to return subject to their availability as we know it’s very popular. We throughly recommend Art Studio

We stayed here 16 years ago with previous owners, you know what, it was just like coming home. Lovely location, lovely apartment. All you need for a beautiful time in Barbados. Michelle looks after the apartments and nothing is too much. She flits around like a butterfly, up and down the stairs. We loved our time there. Thank you.
