About this apartment rental
This is a duplex style apartment, kitchen/lounge on the ground floor with the bedrooms on the upper floor. The bedrooms each has its own en-suite showers with modern vessel bowls and each one opens completely onto a romantic private upper-level balcony with comfortable seating. The lower level of the apartment boasts a large, open concept living space and American style kitchen that also opens completely to a private level lower terrace. There is a flat screen TV with built in firestick, internet, local telephone, private parking, a communal pool, and all the furnishings necessary for an extremely comfortable stay. A short five minute walk will bring you premier shopping, dining, cinemas, cafes and bars at The Limegrove Center and also the stunning Settlers Beach.

The space was great for two friends to share. Clean and stocked with appropriate cookware. Only small refrigerators which was a little odd. This apartment is not for anyone with mobility limitations. The stairs are a little tight and you need to be able to walk a couple blocks to get anywhere. The main road has traffic backed up from 3:30p-5:30p most days. We loved watching the monkeys in the morning and early evenings. We were told we went over the electrical consumption even though we never left anything on while gone or overnight. This seemed a little odd as we only cooked one small dinner and washed two small loads of laundry during a 7 night stay. I would recommend this place for any couple that enjoys walking.

Lovely property, well maintained. Great location. Andrea was very thorough during check in. Joan was easy to contact before and during our stay. Beds were comfy.

We were delighted with the property, it’s spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk into Holetown. Communication with the owner was excellent , we would highly recommend this property.

We had a fabulous time staying here. The villa was spotless and Andrea was very helpful on check in. the location is great with only a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants.
