4th Floor Apartment with fantastic views situated in 5 acres of beautiful tropical gardens with a 25m swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas. Lift to all floors, library, launderette - tokens available at reception, free high speed wifi in the apartment, building wifi in reception, library & pool area.
1 bed with en-suite bathroom, sofa bed in lounge, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with dining area and balcony with seating and dining space. Includes membership to The Beach House, free aircon (new unit in 2023, smart TV. Key safe on door for entry and security safe in wardrobe, cool bags & umbrellas. Weekly cleaning, includes all towels, tea towels and beach towels. 24 hour security and free parking.
The apartment is perfectly situated a 5 minute walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach in Holetown.
There are many places to eat in and around Holetown to suit all budgets and tastes.
Zaccio's & Surfside are both beachside and do happy hours, good places to watch the sunset - great rum punches ! they serve good quality food at a fair price. Sample Just Grillin, Cafe Carizma, Deli in Massys, Seacat, Horny Ram , Rock Grill, sample the street vendors, excellent food which is truly bajan and freshly cooked. Go up the coast towards Speightstown and you will find Juma's, The View. Plus visit the Deck at Sugar Hill beautiful views and a great place to watch the sunsets.
Lime Grove has many bars and restaurants as well as designer shopping. Sunday night is karaoke street party outside the Love Bar - not to be missed. Speightstown has many new restaurants and bars.
Lots of bars have happy hours so check them out.
There are many upmarket restaurants in the area if you are looking for a special evening - Lone Star, Fish Pot, Tides, The Mews, QP Bistro, La Cabane, Paul Owen at the beach house.
Getting about the island is easy there are buses or you can hire a car if you want to get out and about yourself or book a taxi or a island trip. Check out the horse race meetings at Garrison Savannah or if cricket is your thing the place to be is the Kensington Oval , Bridgetown. Fish Fry is Friday night over in Ostins.
There are many beautiful beaches all over the island - Carlisle Bay / Browns beach is lovely , hire a sun bed from outside Lobsters Alive.
Folkestone a short walk from Holetown, Paynes Bay, Thunder Bay or Mullins towards Speightstown. Or pop over to the east coast where you will find the wild and rugged coastline and Bathsheba.
A catamaran cruise is a must , swim with the turtles and do some snorkelling or just cruise the coastline and have lunch or dinner at sea. A good boat trip check out Mark the Shark, you can usually find him beachfront by Surfside, nice funny guy and he makes a great rum punch.

We had plenty of information both before and when we arrived from the host.The apartment and amenities were all excellent and exceeded expectations

We had a lovely stay in Janet's apartment. The location on the top floor enabled us to watch boats sailing by as the sea was visible. Communication with Janet was excellent throughout the whole process. The apartment had fibre optic internet which was important for us since we are digital nomads and we were able to both work and play. Towels were plentiful in supply and the welcome pack was an unexpected but much appreciated bonus. We've stayed at a number of different apartments at Golden View and rate this one as outstanding.
