Very light and quiet, only 300 metres away from Lake of Annecy, 5 minutes walk to the old town or just 10 minutes walk to the train station. Free private parking available.

Studio Urban Chic Annecy is on the 2nd floor of a building with lift and it has nice views to private gardens.
It is ideal for a couple, business travellers or a family with children.
Sleeps up to 3 adults or up to 2 adults and 2 children.
The studio is furnished and equipped with all the comfort needed to relax and enjoy Annecy.
Wifi Internet is available free of charge.
Well appointed kitchenette with cookware and kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, 2 vitroceramic hobs, mini-oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Separate dining area with a table, bench and 2 chairs.
Living area with a modern good quality sofa bed (rapido type with a 120 cm bed), a 42 inch LED TV with plenty of French and multinational channels as well as radio stations and a DVD player.
High quality double bed in the sleeping area with a morphological slatted bed base for maximum comfort.
All linen and towels are provided and so is the final cleaning.

The apartment was perfect for us. It is centrally located and we could walk everywhere. Virginia is a wonderful host - she provided maps, restaurant recommendations and refreshments for us. We would book again. Highly recommend!

Un appartamento accogliente, molto carino e curato, con tutte le comodità che una coppia (noi abbiamo una bimba piccola) può richiedere. E' in una zona tranquilla, in centro, a due passi dal lago, dove non occorre prendere la macchina o un mezzo pubblico per spostarsi. Virginia, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, in più si è preoccupata di farci trovare in casa tutto quello che serve per la prima colazione ed una buona bottiglia di vino. E' stata una sorpresa molto gradita. Grazie ancora.
Siamo stati benissimo.
