Spacious comfortable apartment, very well appointed. Nice family hosts. Good wifi. Location is great and the Cafe opposite fantastic. The bar downstairs is young and cool - but facing resistance from the locals.
Street doorway is difficult to find (no signage) and the common area stairwell is 3rd world. Stairs to the apartment are very steep. Balcony gets no sun and the outlook is pretty rough.

Perfect location just outside the tourist crowds but a close walk to lake/park and beach/park surrounded by great cafes etc. Porch in shade catching sea breeze — lovely. Awesome hosts! Comfy furniture. Great A/C if needed. Loved it all.
Not a dislike for us, just an advisory that there are 2 flights of beautiful but tight spiral stairs to access unit plus 2 flights of concrete steps to get to front door. Great exercise and worth it to be up high.

Отличная локация, в центре старого города, все рядом и приятно было прогуляться по улочкам до кафе или до набережной, все вкусные кафе рядом😁 Квартира очень чистая, свежий ремонт, огромная удобная кровать, все есть, терраса-балкон- здорово было сидеть вечером пить вино Хозяйка угостила вином, и хачапури- очень вкусно, спасибо большое, Кети😌
