Super friendly host, part of their flat but with enough privacy, all rooms could be locked. Nice living room, bed room, bath room, everything you need. Great location as well – and all of it for a great price.
The only thing that seems to be a general issue in Georgia: They often only give you one key, which is not very practical at times when it is difficult to synchronise the day with someone else. We always found a solution though, and the host at some point even gave us their second house key to resolve it, so it's not a complaint, just something to be aware of.

Spacious comfortable apartment, very well appointed. Nice family hosts. Good wifi. Location is great and the Cafe opposite fantastic. The bar downstairs is young and cool - but facing resistance from the locals.
Street doorway is difficult to find (no signage) and the common area stairwell is 3rd world. Stairs to the apartment are very steep. Balcony gets no sun and the outlook is pretty rough.

Perfect location just outside the tourist crowds but a close walk to lake/park and beach/park surrounded by great cafes etc. Porch in shade catching sea breeze — lovely. Awesome hosts! Comfy furniture. Great A/C if needed. Loved it all.
Not a dislike for us, just an advisory that there are 2 flights of beautiful but tight spiral stairs to access unit plus 2 flights of concrete steps to get to front door. Great exercise and worth it to be up high.
