About this apartment rental
Rose's cottage is located in one of the most beautiful districts of Mondello, just 800 meters from the beach and its main square.
It has an independent entrance from the rest of the villa, where the owners live. The cottage offers its guests a space of 55sqm indoors plus another 100sqm outdoors. The external part is equipped with a solarium (deck chairs and tables) with external shower, a sitting area completely covered by a cannucciato roof, and by a very large table to taste the meals of the day in the open air. The internal structure has a double bedroom which doubles as a living room with air conditioning included, 32 "full led hd tv, table for daily meals, and a small sofa where you can relax in the hot hours of the (hidden email) home. equipped with wifi connection (6 Mbps). The kitchen offers all possible comforts for a stay at maximum expectations which includes: refrigerator, microwave oven, complete set of dishes, glasses and cutlery, hob, washing machine and everything you need for any need. It also has a bedroom with single bed and large wardrobe (plus an addition of a fourth single bed on request), and a bathroom with shower, hair dryer and a set of towels.

L’appartamento ci ha soddisfatto in tutto e per tutto.
Purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente, temporali con pioggia e allagamenti tutti i giorni.
Da tenere in considerazione per i futuri viaggi in Sicilia.

Massimiliano is a very friendly host and offered us (Family with two daughters) a little apartment with a big terrace in a huge garden.
We hope to come back in the next holidays again :-)

Massimiliano was a very friendly and gentle host. Because of filling the frigerator and offering fruits and drinks we felt like coming into a family.
When we had questions, we got an answer very fast.
We hope very much to come again.
The apartment is best for a couple and two younger children.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana alloggiati nel cottage ( 2 adulti e un bambino). Il proprietario Massimiliano e suo padre Marcello sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. L'appartamento era fornito di tutti i generi di prima necessità e altro, come acqua, succhi, merendine, latte, caffè, zucchero, the, due calici con spumante e ananas. Bagno fornito anche di bagno schiuma oltre alla biancheria. L'appartamento è perfettamente climatizzato, pulito, ben tenuto e silenzioso. Dispone di un comodo giardino attrezzato con doccia esterna. Il mare dista a piedi 10 minuti. Bella la spiaggia di sabbia fine e bianca, anche se un po' affollata. Lo consigliamo vivamente.
