About this apartment rental
Bright apartment with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mondello in a private residence with automatic gates. Completely independent, it features spacious interiors (veranda, eat-in kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms) and exteriors (overlooking terrace, garden with outdoor shower, and seafront balcony). Very close to the beach and the town of Mondello, easily accessible on foot or with the free shuttle service during the summer months. Reserved parking is available.
Delightful apartment in Mondello, a seaside and tourist village near Palermo, about 800 meters from the sea (a comfortable 10-minute walk). The apartment is divided as follows: a comfortable kitchen, fully furnished and equipped (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, washing machine, plates, glasses, cutlery, and wine glasses).
A beautiful terrace, perfect for breakfast and lunch, is adjacent to the kitchen and sheltered from the sun; a veranda with a large sea-view balcony; a living room with a sofa bed and LED TV; and a comfortable bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
Double bedroom with wardrobe and safe, second bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
From one of the outdoor terraces, a convenient staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find a terrace/solarium with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a water point and barbecue, perfect for relaxing and reading a good book.
Upon arrival, you'll be provided with sheets and towels.
