Welcome to KIRA HOUSE in Via Porta di Mare in Partanna Mondello, a cozy apartment that sleeps 6, ideal for families and groups of friends.
The house consists of: a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, a bedroom on a habitable mezzanine, a hallway/closet area, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a laundry room.
Ground floor, independent entrance.
It has no outdoor spaces, but features large windows.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Easy and free street parking on the street and in the surroundings of the property.
Equipped with every comfort, it is fully furnished and supplied with everything:
6 kW electricity meter, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 2 French double beds, 1 sofa bed, a 6-seater dining table, chairs in every bedroom, 2 TVs (55 and 40 inches), a 1000-liter emergency water tank, electric water heater, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The kitchen features an induction hob, a peninsula with 4 stools, fridge and freezer, sink, dishes and various utensils, an "A Modo Mio" espresso machine, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker. You will also find a safe, hairdryer, toiletries, bed linen and bath towels, kitchen detergent, an umbrella, chairs and a beach kit for kids, plus beach towels.
We do not neglect safety: the property is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors (even though there are no gas elements), and an auxiliary door latch for children. Outdoor security camera.

On the adjacent street, just 100 meters away, there are various shops and commercial activities spread along an axis of less than a kilometer. Here you can find several bars, pizzerias, rotisseries, street food, restaurants, minimarkets, personal care services (hairdressers, barbers), a bank, a post office, tax assistance centers (patronati and CAF), clothing stores, a hardware store, a medical center for tourists, and a local street market (Thursdays).
