Big balcony with mountain views, morning sun.Dishwasher and water kettle.Good wifi .Easy to arrange check-in.Services like supermarket,bus stop, gelateria etc within 10 min walk.
Toilet didn't flush properly,which was stressful and disgusting.Traffic noise, the apartment faces a busy road and has poor sound proofing.Dirty windows and the herd could have been cleaner,too.The interior decoration wasn't cosy.

Spacious appartment - large terrace overlooking lush vegetation and mountain views - milk/water/jams/yogurts/tea/coffee etc provided by host. Well equipped kitchen. Responsiveness of the host. More of a local environment that the touristic beach side. Interesting local small shops and restaurants.
A little traffic noise which died down at night. 20 minute walk into the center of town.
