Eravamo 6 ospiti e forse un solo bagno non è il massimo. Consiglio di gestire l’appartamento per un massimo di 4 persone

The best part of the trip was the communication with the host. She was wonderful. That is the reason I am giving higher overall ranking. She solves everything right away, gives advices even on planning the trips etc. Free street parking with plenty of space. The distance to the beach seems quite long on the maps but it is not that bad at all. There is CONAD just across the street, wonderful bakery and fishery around the corner.

Weakest point was the air conditioning. There are 3 units and if they are running at the same time, the power might go off quite frequently. Same with cooking. We got used to it but it might be annoying for somebody. Personally I cannot sleep well while air condition works and the air flows directly on you. In one room it was almost impossible to work it out. And the rooms were dusty. The walls are thin. If you are unlucky and neighbour is partying until 3 am as in our case, you call Houston. One night we were woken up by fire alarm at 4 am. Looked like a false alert. There might be some amenities to be added for a better stay. In the end I would not recommend it for 6 people for longer stay. It is much more suitable for 4 or just a shorter stay.
