About this house rental
Thank you for taking an interest in my home. In the past two years I have managed six 5 star properties here in Nashville and now I am starting my own! As a previous super host I guarantee my guests the best possible experience.
- On the weekends I have a 2 night FRIDAY/SATURDAY night minimum.
- Early check in optional for a fee, must be discussed before hand and agree to terms.
- I am open to dogs, but must meet requirements, please disclose of any pets before hand and we can decide if they meet the requirements. Thank you/ $100 non refundable pet fee.
- The home does have outside surveillance. Great for the owners and the guests.
This modern home is a 2 story with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with all hardwood flooring, 12' and 9' ceilings throughout and an open downstairs floor plan.
A spacious downstairs living area welcomes you. Enjoy a large, comfortable 3-sided sectional sofa, while watching a 60" LG 4K TV with YouTube TV for your regular channel viewing and Roku for Netflix and more.
Prepare your eats and drinks on the kitchen's 12’ island. The Kitchen has bar stools, a microwave, range, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and dish washer.
The first floor also offers a rear bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and a full bath and shower.
Upstairs is your Master bedroom with a double sink vanity, large walk in shower, walk-in closet, separate toilet and a balcony deck. A second bedroom sleeps 4 with a Queen bunk bed with full bath and shower.
For any laundry needs during your stay, you have a new Maytag Washer and Dryer, located in the upstairs wash room.
Grill out on a KitchenAid gas grill and and relax around the large deck table, which seats 8 and there are 2 additional deck chairs.
The backyard area is securely fenced with a rear gate entry and parking for up to 2 vehicles.
To recap the home's close proximity to Nashville's hot spots, you are about 3 miles from downtown, midtown, the Gulch, trendy 12th South and all the best restaurants, the Bridgestone Arena, The Nations, Vanderbilt and Belmont. You are about 18 minutes to and from the airport, an easy interstate trip.
You can travel hassle free, quickly and Uber cheap to all of Nashville’s most popular destinations and night life spots.

Really nice place to stay. There are 3 rooms and they are separate from each other so you have plenty of privacy and they have their own bathrooms. The location makes it easy to get everywhere in Nashville. I would say the neighborhood is okay, not the best and not the worst. But for the price this place was great.

This home was the perfect spot for our 7 person trip. It was so easy to get to Broadway and the Gulch area, had plenty of space for our group, and enough bathroom space so that everyone could comfortably get ready. The host was so accomodating and worked with us to arrange early check in since our flight was in the morning. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Overall, our stay was good. We did have some issues with the air upstairs but someone came to fix it the first night. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the place did the job.
