the room was actually better than I expected: it was clean, quiet, with good pillows and clean towels. The bathroom and shower were also good.

At first, the customer service was terrible. Nobody replied to my messages — I sent several through inbox and never got an answer. They even sent me a message saying they would charge my credit card the same day if I didn’t reply within a few hours. I answered and asked if they had a hairdryer available. No response. I asked again, still nothing. They also informed me that during my 5-day stay, towels and bed linen would not be changed or available, which was quite disappointing. Communication was basically zero, very short and rude. I even asked Booking to try to cancel because I felt insecure staying there, but the property refused and simply ignored my messages. In the end, since I couldn’t cancel, I went anyway — a bit worried. Overall, the problem is really the customer service. If they improved their communication and were more helpful (for example, offering something as simple as a hairdryer at reception), they could definitely charge more and get higher ratings. The room itself was fine, but the lack of proper service makes the whole experience much worse.
