This beautiful A-frame cabin style home sits on a spacious lot on Sunriver's south end near the main entrance and The Village at Sunriver. The garage has a game room with a pool table and poker table. On the main level, there is an open concept Kitchen and Dining room. There is both a Living room and separate Family room with a flat-screen TV in the Living room and TV in the Family room.
Level 1:
The primary bedroom has a King.
The second bedroom downstairs houses a Queen.
Level 2:
The final bedroom upstairs has a Queen size bed.
In the Loft, there are three Twin sized beds.
Recreation Access: This home does not include Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf and the Winter Sledding Hill at their own cost, pay at the gate. See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.

Our second trip to this property was just as good as the first. Teenage grandson’s enjoyed the pool table and having their own space. I love the location for riding our bikes and going to the mall.

Nice country feel A-Frame property in a quiet location in the forest. Short bike ride to the Village. Perfect for our family!

Nice easy flat bike ride to the mall (had bikes🌞). Kids played pool constantly ( need chalk). House was set up well, but could use a little TLC…sink did not drain in hall bathroom. I would rent again as the positives outweighed the negatives.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Trapper 11 is in a great location. The house is old but well maintained. We appreciated the game room and the toys/ games the owners make available to their guests. The three single beds in the loft area are very uncomfortable. They are very thin and difficult to sleep! The rest of the beds are fine. Unfortunately the dishwasher did not work at all, and one of the burners on the stove top did not work. There was no coffee maker, so the Starbucks run in the morning became essential! Overall it is an old home, but a good location. The kitchen is only fair; with a broken dishwasher and a burner that did not work, it was not a functioning kitchen during our stay. Overall a three out of five stars. I would look for a different house next time we come to Sunriver. One with a bigger and more functional kitchen. And comfortable bedding for the teenagers.
