Great location, AC, hot water, cleanliness, comfy beds, and equipped kitchen. SHARC passes included (like all Sunriver rentals).
Late check-in (4 pm when others offer 2 pm) coupled with 11 am checkout, outdated aesthetic (according to my architectural genes), a paperweight tv from the 80s, and a non-working TV in the second bed. Access to a couple of bikes would've been helpful (I noticed some other units offered them). Pricing - final rate ends up with an add of 30-35% to the daily rate between Sunriver fees and owner's cleaning charges etc., but that's Sunriver I guess. The kicker: there isn't a single tennis court in Tennis Village (in case you bring your rackets like we did) - they've converted them to pickleball courts. And you can't reserve or use them (even with payment) because Tennis Village reception says we aren't allowed to use them.

Breakfast? Location, clean, would be nice to have a blender to make smoothies in the morning. Otherwise, the kitchen had everything you would need. Couches in the living room are comfy. Heating and air-conditioning work well. Washers and dryers are convenient.
The unit could use a little updating. Counters in the bathrooms are very low and could be brought up to standard level. Bedding is average the bedspreads aren't super comfortable to sleep with, although they look nice. Blankets are tired very easy to buy some new microfiber, soft blankets and then a lightweight comforter on top.
