The layout of the coastline is ideal, with plenty of room spacing seating areas; different types of access to the waters. The quality of seawater was for us the best feature: crystal clear, clean, no pollution. This is great spot for good swimmers looking for a sport-active holiday. Apartment was perfect in size, comfort and location. Swimming pools really beautiful. the fish restaurant is the most romantic location possible, amazing sunset. Staff very professional. We would be back.

Lack of internal supermarket (very surprising considering the size of the development) means that you have to take the car and drive a good 15 minutes to get to the first well stocked shopping center. A huge building site stretches across the coast line and is not visually sheltered (fenced off) hence offering a very disorderly sight at every stroll to reach the beach. Jet skis dashing back and forth very noisy. God knows why these extremely impactful items have not been banned altogether: noise pollution, water pollution, marine life disturbance. The lawn was constantly scattered with lots of birds feathers. not like randomly fallen off, but as remains of cats predation. That was a bit of a disquieting sight. Being asked to pay for the parking was an unwelcome surprise, considering the level of pricing of the structure, one would not expect it... (the staff lifted the charge subsequently). Fish restaurant we found excessively pricey: 180 euro for a fish for two.

We had a nice apartment, 2 bathrooms plus a toilet in addition to the huge living room, bedroom and balcony. There are several sporting activities, events, tennis, yoga, paddle, jet ski, sup, aqua rocket. Seaside is great with a nice promenade.

Unfortunately there was a construction - was not mentioned when we reserved the accomodation- in front of our terracce, we had to watch 2 cranes instead of the sea. Most probably the construction will be done by next year but the view will be blocked by the new buildings anyway. The water in the pool was a bit too cold. One of the dog beaches is unusuable, full with rocks, that area cannot be used by anyone. Cheese grater was missing from the kitchen. Breakfast and dinner are overpriced.

Room size was bigger than expectations, clean, sea view. Marko was helpful and friendly.

Very poor in kitchen facilities no kettle or a mug for coffee, just smalls cups. No trash bag, there was just one which wasn't enough because we had no room service and the trash beans were full. No welcoming water and as we came and open the tape the water was brown, not drinkable at all. The worst part was not having the warm water for taking shower. Specially in the mornings you should forget to get any warm water. No wifi in the balcony. Worst restaurants that you can imagine, the costs are insane we ordered medium rare steak in Planika which was completely done and dry, they forgot the Pommes and after eating we both had belly pain and feeling of getting poisoned. In Bracera the woman as waitress had football t-shirt on, had a bad attitude, not welcoming at all, you have this feeling that you are getting ripped off, small portions insane prices. No bar, the Fortis bar was closed we visited two times during the day, the hideout bar was closed at 21:00! We had feeling of being in a prison or in an island without having access to anywhere; there was another bistro bar near to the complex, bistro bar Zanzibar even that one was closed at 08:00 PM. In compare to other falkensteiner hotels this one was like a joke. Stay away. The supermarket was far away and even the kitchen didn't have salt. If the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and breakfast please provide a Minibar or water or two capsuls of coffee, we don't expect it for free. The distance between receptionist till our room was around ten minutes. So disappointing. Didn't worth the money at all.
