Breakfast was fabulous. SPA is excellent, staff is super kind and supportive. Room is nice bit you cannot switch on the light in the toilet without having the light in the whole bathroom/room. The toilet ventilation didn`t work, also, the faucet on the bathtub was faulty. Mini bar was empty.

The location is good the breakfast was superb and oral campus was immaculately maintained
Check in was very bureaucratic and lengthy. we have submitted all our documents for two rooms in advance so that we don't spend time checking in.
A professional QR code was sent for entry and we were so delighted but again at the reception they asked for all documents and in spite of instructions our two rooms were kept in two different floors and different wings for which we had to fight and get to next to each other. Staff training needs to be improved.
