Stafylos Suites & Boutique hotel

We definitely appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time. We would also particularly like to mention the housekeeping staff, who were diligent and did a very good job of keeping our room clean. We have absolutely no complaints about their work and were very pleased with their attitude and effort.

Unfortunately, our stay at Stafylos Suites Boutique Hotel did not fully meet our expectations, particularly when it came to hospitality. We travel to Greece often and are used to a much warmer and more personal approach towards guests. In many places, we have received small gestures or gifts – not because they are expected or have any particular material value, but because they show care and make guests feel genuinely welcome. Unfortunately, the atmosphere here felt rather cold and distant, and we missed the warm Greek hospitality we have experienced elsewhere. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the service areas. There was an unpleasant smell coming from them into the corridor, which certainly did not meet our expectations for a property presenting itself as a boutique hotel. Another disappointing aspect was that the designated quiet hours between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM were not respected. There was noise during this period, which made it difficult to rest and negatively affected our experience.

Bra läge och väldigt välstädat. Jättebra frukost. Fina rum och fina omgivningar. Härlig pool.

Högljudd airkonditon och lyhört. Svårt att få tag i personalen för frågor eller beställa något i baren.

The people at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach and has sea-view terraces. Ladies at the hotel don't speak english very well but if you ask them something they will find a way to help you. Maybe the most helpful thing (for a good sleep)is that we didn't use an air conditioner. Just open your windows and you will be just fine. It was like 35 degrees during the day, but at night it was easy. Compared to the city where you can't breathe from the heat.

Same breakfast every day, but that's understandable.
